I recently asked local firms what would be the cost of cleaning my parent’s very dirty and almost illegible 30 plus year old headstone. Having been quoted just under £1000 by several companies to clean it I decided to approach The Patio Black Spot Removal Company Ltd, who are not only local but actually make stone cleaning products. I had used their products in the past on my patio and really liked them so thought that they should know the best product to clean a Portland headstone without damaging it and, none of us being local now, may even be able to arrange its cleaning. Their quote was not only lower than that of the other firms I contacted but the results were staggering. The original colour of the headstone has been restored so it looks like new! The whole process from start to finish was seamless and efficient. I and my sisters are very pleased with all aspects and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting to keep a gravestone looking fresh. We will certainly be using their products to maintain the headstone in the future.

Sorry but £60 for 2.5 litres…! I buy pressure washing chemicals all the time and expected 20 litres for this cost. It’s funny how the information for the product doesn’t give the volume! Oh well, you live and learn, it was my fault for not checking prior to buying

Have used this product before and it has been very successful. Following a bout of seriouis illness the patio/swimming pool surround had become very discoloured and covered in black spots. Now looking nearly like new.

Wow, what a result, used Karcher cleaner and just took the dirt off, used the black spot remover and the sandstone looks brand new,10 out of 10.

After power hosing the dirt off the patio applied the spot remover as per instructions. Completely cleared the blackspot.

After application every sandstone slab had all traces of algae removed and the colour restored. When using Patio Black Spot Remover you can guarantee as advertised the end result. I intend using the preserver in a few months time to maintain the patio’s new appearance.

My husband was very sceptical that this treatment would make much difference - he'd attempted to treat our patio himself but with little success. Well, he's now completely converted. I cannot recommend the whole team highly enough - everyone we had contact with was efficient, reliable, knowledgeable and very personable. We have been a customer of PBSR Co for 3 years now and absolutely this product works 100%. Our flagstones were completely restored after the initial remover treatment - in fact we could not believe the vivid/beautiful colours of our flagstones. We have continued with the preventer treatment and this year decided to have a 'refresh' treatment. The flagstones look amazing.

I'm absolutely delighted with my rejuvenated patio. The sandstone simply looks like it's just been laid, like a brand new patio!
