Diverse pogingen gedaan via de app om te vragen waar het geld blijft, echter zonder resultaat. Wij worden van het kastje naar het muurtje gestuurd. Stuurt geen geld via deze oplichters. Als het geld niet wordt uitbetaald of teruggestort wordt gaan wij aangifte doen.

Terrible experience! The app promised my money would reach the recipient within minutes, but it’s been 4 days, and nothing has arrived. I tried to cancel for a refund, and they told me it might not be possible if the funds reached the recipient, which they clearly haven’t. I’ve contacted them more than 4 times in the last 2 days with no help. Feels like a scam. Don’t use this service!”

App is easy to use and money gets delivered almost immediately but others have better rates by 2.5pc. I note WR’s response to this review and while their transfer fee is low the $3 difference in fee does not go close to offsetting the difference in rate on offer by one tracked other reputable player in the market. This is not a spot thing but a recordable trend.

The reiceiver hasn't reived his money, since i got 2 days ago a message all went well. When i tried to contact World Remit by different phonenumbers, no respond. I contacted them by Messenger but the last time this took a long time. While today is tje deadline tjat the reiver needs the money. I want that the agents respond Messenger or Whatsapp!!!
