It kept cancelling my emergency transfer to my son and says I don't have the bank account number which was ridiculous! I have screenshot of my transfer and all information are there considering I have been using the same account since 2019. This is happening so many times and I could not even add any recipient this is terrible. And considering I have chats open it keeps closing and ending as well without me getting any response! If I can give 0 I would as this past few Months WORLD REMIT HAS GIVEN ME SO MUCH MENTAL STRESS IT IS RIDICULOUS!

Take longer to see if the money be in paid
