Recently it has been the worst money sending app. I had a horrible experience with my transaction. The agents take so much time, the chat platform is very slow. Several times agents have left without solving the situation. I have been very loyal with this money sending app. Please improve your communication especially when there are issues with transactions. Very sad reviewer.

Depuis plusieurs mois nous rencontrons des problèmes de disponibilité des fonds aux philippines via MLhuillier. A chaque fois aucune raison n'est évoqué par les guichetiers! Aujourd'hui à nouveau argent non disponible. L'appel au service client est une vraie farce! d'bord mon n° de transaction n'est pas reconnu et puis il est annoncé un temps d'attente de départ de 30secondes. je suis en attente depuis 5mn et l'on m'annonce maintenant 8mn 40s..... J'utilise le service depuis plusieurs années sans gros problèmes mais cela devient épuisant! et maintenant on m'annonce un temps d'attente de 11mn

No customer service, tried calling the 1800 but no luck. Such a pathetic experience with them. I don’t recommend.

Fast, efficient communication and transfer of money.

For many years I used their Website on my computer, which is no longer available. I resisted the Cell Phone App for some time because it was difficult to navigate. They made improvements to the Phone App. Now it is much easier, almost as easy as on their website. My only complaint is the difficulty contacting a person on the phone. They are available during business hours only.
