TN: 405041837 Absolutely shocking customer service from Wold Remit. Payment direct to Debit Card (advertised as only taking minutes to complete) . Now 7 days on we are still calling everyday to findout where the money is. Hello Pasia have a reputation for arbitraging customers money, holding it, especially over weekends for their own benefit. It would seem that this has happened again here. It was only on day 6 that I recieved an email requesting additional information - what information - the recipients Name, DOB and Nationality. Which Hello Pasia already has, so why the delay?? Nobody knows apparently

Not satisfied poor service. I have cancelled my transaction.But my refund isn't back.. world remit sent me one paper for bank and said your bank hold this money..But bank are no information about that..But where is my Money its 500euro . bloody cheater.

Efficiency and convenience

first transfer attempt cancelled. funds are legally earned and traceable, held in major usa bank. recipient is my wife in another country. no attempt at resolving the issue at all. super poor service. deleted app and requested all personal data to be deleted. whether or not they actually do that is another question.

This time it went perfect, but sometimes using WorldRemit it does not. Unstable.
