Our back, hip, and neck pains we were having from our old mattress dissipated quickly. Just the right amount of firmness to feel supported yet not sinking into a crater. The first time I lied on it I could feel the pressure in all my joints melt into the mattress. The pillows are just as amazing. One of the best investments we've made! **This is not a paid review. Honestly, I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write this one based on pure satisfaction after looking at many mattresses**

United States | 10 June 2024Feels comfortable but back discomfort continues. Delivery was great. We both like the feel of the Leesa compared to our old mattress. My wife had some back discomfort that she hoped the new mattress would address, but it's still there. Probably not mattress-related, but we were hoping otherwise.

The latex and spring combination makes it easy to turn over, while the memory foam and wool/cotton on top makes it soft and cushiony. I added a mattress cover from Woolroom.com and my dream sleep has begun! Best mattress I've ever had.

I was on the site looking at their warranties..what a JOKE..if you take the mattress out of the us or canada it invalidates the warranty. WHAT ABOUT MILITARY families. The woman says we don't ship out of the us..she wouldn't shut up. DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE MILITARY...NICE..bet of you were arrestedyou'd want your 4th and 5th ammendments...WHO do you think protects and defends the usa?

United States | 05 June 2024Not sure why I received a notice to make a review, however my original Leesa mattress is now 4 yrs old and still the best for me. I was a bartender for 25 yrs and now restaurant manager, meaning I am standing, running on hard concrete floors. I developed hip arthritis and a bad back from this work. I am able to sleep through the night to this day now with the Leesa mattress. I can't express enough how important it is to invest in your body with a good mattress like the Leesa.

United States | 05 June 2024It's a very good company and they handled my return very well, although it took about 6 weeks for them to pick up the old mattress. I am not happy with the quality of the mattress. It is supposed to be firm but it's very squishy and if someone moves, the other feels it. Bummer.

United States | 05 June 2024I thought I would absolutely love our new mattress. I do like it, but I don't love it. It is a bit softer than we thought and it does make some noise when we move. The ordering and unboxing was easy and very well explained. It looks good and I like that it is a hybrid.

United States | 05 June 2024Great mattress, but arrived too soon. 😳 This is our second queen-size Leesa Sapira Hybrid mattress; this one is for our lake cabin. We bought the first mattress 6 months ago, and we love it. The extra cushion compared to our 10 year-old traditional innerspring relieves pressure on my shoulder when I sleep on my side. The price is fantastic with the Wirecutter discount code. My only nitpick is that it arrived 4 days ahead of the scheduled delivery when we were out of town at a wedding. The neighbors dragged it into our garage for us.

United States | 25 February 2024The mattress is nice -- But the "white glove" delivery is not acceptable considering how much money you spend. It was delivered in an unmarked cargo truck brought up to my room by two delivery men in packages that were covered in a black soot. So to open the packages the soot got everywhere on my brand new rug then of course the hands were dirty from the soot and so it got onto my mattress. I wrote to complain and they gave such an automated "sorry" reply and something to the effect of "at least the mattress was wrapped." It shows me that delivery is really not something they care about once you order the mattres. Furthermore the delivery team couldn't speak English So I couldn't communicate to them to be careful about the soot and I had to wipe down the packaging and provide them with cleaning materials for themselves -- they set it up without explaining everything and left leaving some packaging material behind. The customer experience was not great. That plus the mattress isn't worth the money.

United States | 28 November 2023I haven't received the item I've purchased, a duvet cover, but thought I really should leave a review of the terrible communication and delivery issues with this company. My item will hopefully arrive a full three weeks after ordering with absolutely no communication from the company. I've called and emailed customer service several times, but they cannot help because the communication within the company is departmentalized. The reps don't know what goes on with production. The best answer I got was "the warehouse says they'll try to ship it in the next few days." It's been nearly a month's wait and this little duvet hasn't shipped! I'm on the fence about cancelling because they'll drag their feet with giving the money back. I recommend just gerting one from Ebay or Amazon; they're from thw same factory anyway . . . Save yourself the headache.
