I love my Ion bottles the are quality. Customer service is amazing. Very happy with my purchases I have 2 Regular bottles I pro model and the pitcher. I don’t drink tap water anymore. It helps with my neuropathy I am Sure there are many other health benefits

I love my bottle!

I have the Ion-Pro. 1/11/24 is when I started. The product has performed without any problems. The instructions for operation were clear. As for me my issue was pain and OTC medication made it bareable. I now take none. I am 78 and spent most of life with too many smokes,beers and poor diet.Pain and poor health was the result.You don't realize how far you've fallen until you start climbing back up. Less pain means I can exercise more which means more energy.

I am so excited to have found your product! I had been researching the benefits of hydrogen water. My daughter was born with kidney disease and in 2022 her kidneys were in failure and by God's grace I was the match! Since each of us have only one kidney now, I have been searching for ways to improve and protect our renal function. I believe hydrogen water will be fantastic for both of us! *Bonus~ I love supporting a family owned company and an American made product. Do your research and know who you are buying your bottle from, it makes a difference!

Received my ionbottle and had a question upon receipt which was quickly addressed by customer service. This product is great quality and so far I am very much enjoying it. Thanks for the prompt and helpful experience.

I received my bottle. It was in plastic but had a lot of layers of bubble wrap around it. I read the directions. Tightened top and bottom before filling my bottle. I set it on my counter. Pushed the ON button, left for less than a minute. Water was all over my counter. I tightened the bottom again. It leaked also. Very Disappointed.

One of the best investments I made for my health. So good, I am buying another bottle for my wife.

Firstly it’s amazing to have a brand actually care about the health of us common folk. You can tell the science and studies have been done, I feel way more full of energy after the first few days! As a company they have been so helpful in answering the few questions I had! I would 11/10 recommend this to everyone I know !

I purchased the ion pro, couldn't be happier. It took a while to receive but it works great! I use it a few times a day with no issues. I've had it for over 30 days now, long battery life, no leaks. Happy with my purchase.

Ionbottles employees provides excellent customer service! They are ready and willing to answer all questions! We had a minor problem with the charging unit. They sent a replacement immediately!

I bought two bottles and somehow they both stopped working at the same time. Only about 3 months old. I'm not looking forward to the inevitable brain damage of returning and replacing them.

Best bottle out there! You won’t regret getting one I got the pro and it’s the best! My glass broke cause I dropped it on accident and they didn’t blink an eye! Replaced it no problem, I have nothing to complain about! Ion bottles is the only hydrogenated bottle you need!

It's a great product with a lot of health benefits

This is honestly the first bad review I have ever given. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I never received my product. I ordered ionbottle back in November 2023. After a month of waiting and never receiving the product, I tried reaching out. They did provide me with a tracking number which ended up being a dead end. I tried to call the shipping company who then told me I would have to contact ionbottle. I tried reaching out multiple times within a 3 month span with no response. I ended up disputing the charge and won the dispute case because to this day I never received the product or even a response. All around terrible company. Do not recommend.

The bottles we received look like they have been used. It was missing the membrane removable cap, the box was beaten up, our USB cords were shoved into the box and had cuts on them, and the lids were all scratched up. I have reached out to customer service to see how they will help rectify this because, for $128, I expect a much better product and not a used one. I hope to hear from their team.

Bottle cracked first use didn’t even drink one glass

I was happy with it at first, but very quickly the bottle started to malfunction. It started leaking and the charging port started rusting and eventually wouldn't charge at all anymore. This all took place over a month.

My bottle arrived dented. I have emailed the company twice about exchanging it and no one will respond to me.
