United States | 29 February 2024Couldn’t be more disappointed with this company and product. The pitcher I received looked used, was damaged, and the box it came in disheveled. I contacted customer service which is only available by email for support. They were extremely difficult to work with and wouldn’t email me back for days. I must have sent 20+ emails to them before finally getting a return label. I constantly asked for a return which should have been honored immediately, but instead I was tasked with sending a video of the product because they wouldn’t just take my word for it that their product was in poor condition. After reviewing my video and 4 or 5 follow up emails from me asking for their response, I was offered $30 off my purchase….not what I asked for and smelled of pure desperation to try to maintain a sale. After another handful of emails trying to get a response, I was ultimately given a return label. Still waiting for a refund of course and we will see how many times I will need to proactively request a refund before it is given. I would give negative stars to this company if possible for customer service. The product…who knows if it even works. Interesting concept but for all I know it could just be creating some “bubbles.” Do not buy. Thumbs down. Good riddance.

United States | 29 February 2024Buy an Ocemida. The ionBottles take forever to deliver, they leak like crazy, which makes the electronics stop working. I’ve had to put the bottom part in a bag of rice like 10 times. Now there’s rust water coming out of the charging port. I lost a rubber lid cover and ordered another 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since. Overall bad product and bad shipping. Get one with the Gen6 technology and at least a DuPont membrane.

United States | 29 February 2024I ordered $300 in IonBottles on December 8th...for Christmas gifts. Items didn't arrive until mid-January. I sent the company email inquiring about the delay. I was sad to get a stock email back, with very little thought put into it. They basically said that they use a third party shipping company and have no control. However, if I had been the customer service representative for IonBottles... I would have included why the bottles took 20 days to leave your warehouse. I would have included why the customer (me) wasn't notified via email that the items would not arrive before Christmas - seems like common courtesy. I would have also included why you use a third party shipping system when you aren't able to take accountability for your third party partners. A 1-2 week shipping time in 2024 seems a little extreme. Every company faces challenges, especially at holiday times. But, answering these questions would have been an opportunity to build brand loyalty to an otherwise unhappy client. I gave IOUs for Christmas and everyone was happy to get late Christmas gifts in 2024. In the grand-scheme of things, it's all ok. **update I now see a warning message on the website that items will take 1-2 weeks to ship.

United States | 29 February 2024I ordered the Pro version. Got the usual shipping notification. On a Saturday I got the Package Delivered email. No picture of the delivery because it switched from DHL to USPS. So they delivered it to the mailbox. I excitedly went to get it to try it out. There was a key for a mailbox bin. Opened it and NO bottle. I then found out ionBottles has NO phone. You can email or text only. I emailed and got a reply asking me to wait 3 business days in case there was a premature delivery notice. No problem After 5 days I reached out to let them know I still had no delivery, and they wouldn’t respond. I emailed again and nothing. I then went to the text option and nothing. Days later they respond telling me I need to file a police report about it. Yes. You read that right!! I need to file a police report for a stolen bottle that was NEVER seen or touched by me! Ah officer, yes as far as I know they really did ship it, I just never saw it so I need to file a report! Good grief! Like how do you even make eye contact with the officer while trying to file a report for someone else’s problem. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY and go with a different brand!

United States | 29 February 2024The bottle I received appeared used. It was missing the membrane removable cap, the box was beat up and had a strange dark red stain. The bottle leaks from the bottom seal. After reading reviews of a frustrating customer return experience, I solved the problem with some teflon tape instead. I am hopeful the bottle has a long useful life from here, but not sure how used it was when I got it.

United States | 29 February 2024We’ve purchase two bottles. The first - ordered and received in 2023 I’d rate 4 stars - good quality and has held up. This second bottle - ordered and received in the first part of 2024 is AWFUL. The material quality is CHEAP. The bottle doesn’t give the red indicating light when battery is low-just stops working. “Chrome” paint started flaking off the first day. Did not ship with water or plug like our first one did and the instructions indicate. Should have saved my money and just ordered off Amazon. Same quality and less than half the price.

I had a little issue with my bottle and they addressed it immediately and are sending a replacement. I researched the best type of bottle and company to purchase and Ion is the clear best choice

United States | 29 February 2024The pro ion bottle was a great idea and worked for the first few times, then started charging funny. The red blinking light would stay on like it wouldn't get fully charged. You are unable to reach anyone in customer service via phone. Only email and they take forever to get back to you. It's really aggravating considering the amount of money that was paid for this bottle. You need better communication, and customer service.

United States | 29 February 2024I previously purchased a hydrogen bottle on Amazon and it was made definitely from China. You poured water right into it and it leaked. I did some research and found this company. Had the bottle for two weeks works well. make sure you have it securely tightened holds a charge. Self cleaning is a cool upgrade.

United States | 29 February 2024I ordered 2 of the Tritan Sport Jugs, mainly because my workplace does not allow for glass items to brought in. They came very quickly and although initially they had a slight odor, it was gone overnight. Instruction sheet could be a little more detailed to specific models, but it was issues easily Googled/FB group searched and resolved. I feel like my order came fast, perhaps it was the model I ordered. However, I am happy with my purchase and did seem to experience digestion benefits quickly. It's been about 2 weeks, so hopefully more in time.
