I was looking for a hydrogen water bottle but found that all of them were pretty small. That was until I found a new model by Ion Bottles that holders 1.5 liters of water. Exactly what I was looking for. It adds hydrogen to the water in about 3 minutes. Great product.

I ordered the 64 oz pitcher, 3 - 14 oz pro water bottles, and 1 original bottle. I received all except for the original bottle due to a shipping delay. The customer service was exceptional and they offered to ship a replacement to me immediately. I love the pitcher and all of the bottles!! Would definitely recommend ordering from Ionbottles.com!!

I ordered 5 bottles for the family. They took a while to get here but are amazing. We all love them. The only disappointment was the one that was sent to our son was not the same as the others. It wasn't the same quality?

Product is great and works well. Customer Service is questionable. They have a customer service number to text and an email. I reached out to both of them and never heard anything back from them....

It was impossible to get a hold of customer service. I texted the number that is given and never did get a response. I also emailed and waited 4 days for a response. I am happy with the actual water bottle though.

Thank you to the Ion Bottles team for their customer service! I ordered two bottles but had a slight issue with a defect in one. My issues was resolved quickly and I am loving my Ion Bottles! I would reccomend this company and their products to everyone.

Bottle arrived cracked. I cannot get a response via email and their phone is always busy.

I had originally bought two ion pro, had problems with one and Sherwin who I emailed back and forth walked me through the process of seeing if I was doing everything right, after going back and forth, they replaced it. Sherwin was great with customer service, and ion bottles are great! I loved mine!

It took 38 days to arrive which took any joy out of the purchase.

I received a bottle that stopped working after a couple days for an unknown reason. The support team was very responsive in helping me troubleshoot. When the troubleshooting did not work, they ended up sending me a new bottle without any hassle.

Other than taking a while, do to back order, I am really impressed. I've had at least 5 a day since I received it and my hydration levels and energy output have noticeably changed. Im looking into getting the larger option for the gym. Well done and thank you

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service but they do not provide a phone number to call only an email - which you do not get a response back and a SMS/text number which they also do not respond to. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has reached out to assist me with my return. I will never purchase from this company again and am cancelling my payment.

Great product and great customer support. When my first bottle had a leak, they helped me troubleshoot and when it ultimately couldn't be fixed they sent me a second bottle that has been working great.

My first order of the ionBottles was defective and the company promptly sent me a new one. The bottle works very well and I can really feel the difference. My first purchase of a hydrogen water bottle was a cheaper option from a different company and I’m so glad that I upgraded to Ionbottles. You get what you pay for and the quality and service from Ionbottles is fantastic.

Their customer service is fantastic. The speed of the response even on the weekend was unbelievable! The response wording was friendly and acknowledged that sometimes things happen, but they wanted to make it right. I am unbelievably impressed. I work in the retail industry and this is everything that should have happened and sadly, rarely does.
