Ordered the new sports bottle. The cap broke after one week. It’s not very durable for a sports bottle. Some type of rubber protection would be nice. Customer service was very responsive and replaced it.

I like the bottle and how it is constructed. When I received my bottle there was no water in it and the plug at the bottom was missing so to me it seems I received a used or repaired product. I understand that they say they are all new but if the safety plug is missing then I start having my doubts. Just started using the bottle so I hope it works properly.

Before purchasing your pitcher I did a lot research..a lot of reading about the benefits of Hydrogen infused water..I was aold..the next part was to find a high quality product that can deliver what I wanted..I looked at a few companies, but decided yours seemed to be highly recommended..I must say I'm not disappointed..I use mine on a daily basis..it's just part of my health routine now..Thank you..

It took 6 weeks to finally receive the product, the entire experience was a nightmare. It took almost a dozen emails over two weeks to get a response from the company just to find out my order was never processed. I reordered it and received an email confirming the order but never received any shipping information, after several more emails with no response the bottle finally showed up. I have been using the product for a couple weeks now and have noticed it leaks at times. In terms of quality I would compare it to the cheaper $20 Chinese one I purchased initially. I can't comment on the effects of the hydrogen water because I haven't noticed any yet. Overall I would recommend spending the extra money and just deal with a reputable business. This was an awful purchasing experience and I'm not all that impressed with the product.

I ordered my husband a bottle for Christmas. There was a delay in the shipping and not being able to contact customer service was irritating, however, they always responded via email. My husband received it just in time and absolutely loves it!

It took forever to get the bottle and the bottle does not keep the water cool, and I am not noticing any improvements in my health. Kinda of waste of money.

After a few uses, both bottles we received started to smell very odd. We followed all the cleaning recommendations. Nothing worked. They ended up in the trash. Lesson learned.

I love this product. I think the company is working through some growing pains but they have made a lifelong customer with me. My first bottle came defective or something could have happen to it in shipping considering I ordered it around Christmas. It did take a few days to get a response from the company. But, they sent me a new product after sending them a video of what was happening. The new bottle is perfect. The company did end up responding and fixing the problem. I think people don’t understand what it takes to grow a company and work out some kinks. Things also do take time. Be patient. Be courteous. Be kind. I absolutely love the product. I use it every day. I am a 45 year old female bodybuilder that stands behind this product.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took me attempting to contact the company 5 times over a two week period to resolve an issue.

Well unfortunately there are some design flaws. The lid does not securely stay on the bottle. If you tighten it it will completely pop off. The plastic just slips off the glass. Because of this I dropped it and it stopped working so I only got about a months worth of use. Ive been meaning to contact the company to see if they would replace it but been busy and got put to the side. Could be a good product I think if they do some redesigning.

When I pulled it out of the box yesterday there was a BIG dent on the top of the water bottle. I paid 75 bucks and waited two weeks for this thing so I was quite confident that they would pay attention to detail. I’ve emailed the company a couple of times and we’re just playing tag at this point which is very disappointing to say the least. I’m not giving this company a five out of five stars like they’re asking customers to. if they’re a little bit more prompt and quicker with customers experiences like the ones I shared with them that I’d be more apt to giving them before out of five but three is a very fair evaluation of my experience, which was disappointed to say the least.

The first time I pulled the product out of the package and tried to use it. It leaked and I took it apart per your guises instructions put it back together, and it still leaks, so I was not able to use your product and I threw it away. I was really bummed out about it because I believed in your product, but was never able to use it.
