Both adult son and I have bought the ion pro bottles based on others recommendations and neither of them worked after carefully following instructions. There is no follow up or even a response to texts and emails and a phone line will n to allow your to talk to a person. What a rip off.

United States | 10 February 2024If I could give a negative star I would- look I do not do reviews but since they refuse to respond via email here’s a review - we purchased 300$ worth of product first week of dec - did not receive half of the order till mid January- first product we receive is faulty and unusable so we request a return slip- they will not provide a return slip as requested multiple times - we just received the other half of the order 2 days ago- at this point we do not want anything we want to return it all (much faster than we received might I add). Please send us a return slip and refund my money and we will remove this review

United States | 09 February 2024I made an order For an original and a Pro Hydrogen Bottle. It was 6-8 weeks before I received the Pro Hydrogen bottle still have not received the original. My Pro Hydrogen bottle stopped working after a week. I have reached out to the company 3 or 4 times in email as that is the only way to contact them, and still have not heard back about my product that is not working. Very frustrated with lack of communication for long wait time for order and now I cant get anyone to contact me to replace the product that is not working.

United States | 08 February 2024I purchased 2 new Tritan 50 ounce molecular hydrogen water producing bottle, which Claims 2.4 PPM. and after testing several bottles between myself and my colleauge, none of the bottles are producing what they advertised. My two Tritan bottles were registering between 0.245 ppm to 0.345 ppm of molecular hydrogen water which claims 2.4 ppm. The company did send a replacement, however, we got the same poor results with 0.345 PPM. Both videos were shared with customer service. They have extremely frustrating customer service, as they are very slow to respond via email and responses not consistent. Simply, in my humble opinion, none of the bottles we tested produced what they advertised & claimed. They have not refunded my original purchase, and communicating with them is again frustrating! After sending emails with the poor results, the company emailed me a request for a review on their website. This alone is a statement that they are not aware of their customers as I had sent two videos and multiple emails stating the issues and product problems. Why send an email requesting the customer post a review when they have received videos demonstrating the product doesn't work?? The 2 separate videos showed real time live results testing between their Tritan bottles compared to the Tyent hybrid H2 machine, which produces over 1.0 H2. I have tested their units with two different H2 meters with several Tritan bottles & all didn't perform as promised. Bottom line don't waste your money. Until they can demonstrate their bottles produce what they claim, I cannot recommend purchasing this product!

United States | 05 February 2024Pathetic! Rating should be - 10 stars! Stay away from this "business" which appears to be more of a scam. Horrible C/S! After being pestered day after day I succumbed to purchasing a couple product. The order was botched and delivery was delayed delayed and then the delivery was botched. Eventually one was delivered then the other some time later. Being very frustrated I returned them immediately unopened shipping them back at my own expense. No reply or C/S so I had dispute the payment with CC. To this day they have not responded to the Credit Card investigation. This "business" likely needs investigation by regulating and LE authorities. Stay Way Away!

Generic email of course but i asked a question anyway...Is there anything proprietary about the products ion are selling or are they simply marking up (exorbitantly i might add) and on selling others products? ....no response. Anyway i am reasonably happy with my overpriced 14oz but swiftly returned the pitcher as it was full of plastic which we are trying to eliminate in all areas. 100% was not refunded and i paid for postage so all up i am down over $100 AUD.

Do not like where the on switch is as you hit it all the time when opening the bottle. Also wish it would have the double function like the Pro. For how much it was i thought it would be better.

United States | 30 January 2024I like the bottle, but service is absolutely terrible. My first order took 4 weeks to arrive and the only answer I could get back was it was in production. I ordered a 2nd one because my first was over the holidays so I chalked up delay's to that chaos. I'm now 5 weeks since that order and have asked a few times for a simple ETA and barely got a response that it will be 3 more weeks. Expectations are key and we all know you order these in China so just be honest and give an expectation that is realistic. I won't be buying anything else from this company going forward.

United States | 28 January 2024The glass bottle broke (was not dropped), when I reached out to customer service, I was informed it did not qualify for a replacement. I was given zero options other than to simply spend more. A $17 replacement part on a a $140 purchase. I would not purchase again.
