United States | 18 February 2024I really like the idea, the healthy perspective of it, although there’s no way I can guarantee that there’s hydrogen in my water I trust and believe in the company putting out there the truth, when I received my bottle, it didn’t have the cap With the liquid protecting the ions, I don’t know if my bottle is properly functioning. I have no way of knowing all I can do is trust and believe that it’s doing what you say it’s supposed to do.

United States | 17 February 2024Truthfully I don’t believe this bottle actually does what it claims. I’ve had hydrogen water on many occasions before purchasing this and this does not have the look or the taste that I’ve gotten from using tablets or a real high quality hydrogen generator. I would love to see some proof that this actually works because I did not feel, taste, or notice a difference from drinking the water before or after running the “cycle”

United States | 17 February 2024Great product! Can definitely tell the difference between this water and non-hydrogenated. The first cup I drank, my body responded and I knew it was legit. I would recommend the individual bottle over the pitcher though if you don't drink that much water in one sitting.

United States | 17 February 2024I received the Ionbottles Pro as a Christmas gift and was using it to produce hydrogen water that a was drinking at least 3 times a day. I was feeling great and definitely well hydrated, but suddenly my bottle stopped charging. I contacted customer service and they were prompt and very helpful. At their request, I produced a short video showing how my bottle would no longer charge and they promptly offered to send me a new working bottle.

The process was timely and professional; it’s very refreshing to see such a well run company that truly cares for their customers. I received my bottle, had a slight hiccup, but ionBottles customer service came through! They receive five stars for a timely resolution and excellent service. United States | 13 February 2024The bottle works. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours of ordering, but received no response from seller. Called and left messages, still no response. Now that order has been delivered, I get emails all the time. Feels like deceptive business practices.

United States | 13 February 2024Bottle leaked into electronics on second use, was advised to let dry out 24 hrs. Did that still dont function correctly. Sometimes the self cleaning comes on with first touch. Asked for replacement was told again the let dry out or send video of problem. 150 for a water bottle should have sent replacement and pre postage for return. Bought the echo go. Zero problems longer battery, its well worth the extra 100 bucks. I give this 2 stars only because of the capability of being able to breathe the hydrogen design. Not sure if it actually works though. Spend the extra and buy the echo go!!!

United States | 13 February 2024It took 3-4 weeks for the product to arrive. But really what has troubled us is that the battery is needing to be charged much more frequently now. Like almost every 3-4 times after I “charge” the water I am having to recharge the battery. I emailed them the problem and was told to send a video of the problem. How do I video that? After 2-3 emails with them, I just gave up.
