Reservation was cancelled without my permission for no valid reason! We reserved for a family wedding, which we wanted to join in as part of our family, with our family, which is taking place in Brooklyn. Suddenly, after 2 reservations, one my husband made then when his was canceled, i made one, we were told about a special corporate insurance which needs to be bought, as that weekend is our Holiday of Purim. We are not corporate, we are a set of parents who wanted to treat their 4 kids to a family weekend gathering! This we feel is a real antisemitic act which we are taking very personally!

The person who helped set up our RV experience was very helpful. Answered all questions and said that if we had any other questions we could call them. That made us feel confident that our trip will be a great one.

Made the reservation — Heath was very friendly and helpful. Later had to cancel it— again Heath was friendly and understanding.

I have tried to cancel my April 4th reservation 2 times in last week and have received no confirmation or any other communication from them!.. update. They finally contacted me after this was posted.

Was unable to get the 4 days for the price of 3 offer via online, I had to call to make the reservation. It ended up quicker and easier than the online option.

. this trip was from Massachusetts to Florida so it started out at picking the RV up 12 noon two hours away from my home when they had a location a half hour away The first one blew up on me 3/4 the way home they left me on the expressway for over six hours while they shopped around looking for a cheap tow truck because the wrecker that pick me up told me that he watched me all afternoon wondering why he has not got the call to come get me. I am a Marine Bladder cancer survivor🙏 , I was left without water which I expressed several times, calling the company and telling them until my phone died that it’s detrimental to my health, never mind sitting off on the side of the expressway. when they finally came to get me. I had to go two hours back to get another one.and then the trek back home I did not get back till 12 midnight which now set my schedule way back I reached out several times with an email and obviously they could care less by them postponing me cost me extra money because my scheduled fun time had to all be rescheduled customer service could care less but they surely got all their money
