Heath was great! He was responsive, gave expert help and options to make sure we got the RV and package that best fit our needs. I previously reserved a RV online and now wish I would have gone through Heath. It's rare to prefer a phone reservation over the convenience of online, but the experience was that good. Also, sending contact information and stating that we can reach out with any questions or help, awesome customer service.

Entered a chat to have some questions answered and ended making the reservation. The attendant was very professional, demonstrated knowledge of the product he was selling, explained with details all I needed. Nice job!

The app did not allow us to check pricing or availability had to go and chat with a representative who did pretty well but using a chat site is awkward at best

We had a really knowledgeable person answer all of our questions about renting an RV, we felt like we were making a great decision! Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation because we were going to use it to travel with our medically fragile family member. She’s fine, just too uneasy about traveling so far. The cancellation call was so kind and helpful and easy as well! We appreciate your great customer service. We were not able to use your company for our trip, but would recommend it!!
