Wir haben für 16 Tage ein C30 RV im August 2024 ab Las Vegas gebucht. Wir haben „Early Bird“ gebucht um früh starten zu können und uns nicht um den Transport von 5 Personen plus Gepäck vom Hotel Paris–am Strip– nach Henderson kümmern zu müssen. Vorab haben wir online Details zur Buchung und den Fahrern gemeldet. Bei der telef. Anfrage vor der Abholung in der Vermietstation hat uns eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt, dass man in Las Vegas den Transport selbst organisieren muss, die Kosten dann erstattet bekommt! Das erste angebotene RV hatte einige Mängel, weshalb wir die Übernahme abgelehnt haben. Die Mitarbeiterin am Tresen war , auch am Telefon, sehr unfreundlich und wenig kooperativ weshalb wir nach dem Manager der Station gefragt haben. Diese war sehr hilfsbereit und versuchte nach ihren Möglichkeiten das Beste zu machen. Das 2.te hatte, wie sich herausstellte auch einige Mängel, mit welchen wir uns über die Zeit arrangieren konnten bzw. mussten. Defekte Reifenkontrollanzeige, Wasser im Reserveradkasten, schmutziges kitchen Kit, defekte Klimaanlage und defekte/falsche Anzeigen der Flüssigkeitsstände. Wir haben mit >3Std Verspätung nachts unseren ersten Campground im Zion NP erreicht. Insgesamt haben alle Fahrzeuge die wir gesehen haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren angezeigt, viel Silikon an den Nähten, stark beanspruchte Sitze, keine Becher oder Flaschenhalter für die Fahrgäste und mehr als 75000 Meilen auf dem Tacho was auf eine mehrjährige Nutzung schließen lässt.

The representative was very helpful. He stayed on the phone a long time to answer my many questions. He showed interest in where I was going and what we would be doing. He seemed very knowledgeable as well.

This was the first time in 8 or 9 years. Did I ever got a bad RV it was the biggest piece of s*** Did I have ever rented? I'm very Disappointed. is and the place that I picked it up, not their fault. They took over a few days ago from another person that was doing the cruise America thing. They tried their hardest to make.My rental as perfect as possible.They were very nice to me which is reds auto sales in 1103 N Eston Rd Doylestown PA 18902 Those guys there were awesome. I would go back there Next year, hopefully cruise America gives them some new RVS because the other ones are junk. They're beat up. If someone could contact me that would be nice. I'd like to make a complaint. I pay good money for this and I had a bad experience. There was a big soft spot in the middle of the floor the cabinet door fell off when I was driving it had an electrical problem. Does the list go on? My contact info is 2673473770.

Suite à mon précédent avis , j'ai été en contact avec le service commercial . Malheureusement , malgré de multiples échanges par mail et de nombreuses promesses , la caution n'est toujours pas remboursée et nous n'avons pas été dédommagés malgré le document en notre possession nous promettant ce dédommagement. Cet avis est donc une évaluation du service commercial de cette entreprise , très réactif et poli , mais sans aucune efficacité ni utilité , à mettre au même rang que le service assistance. Je n'ai même jamais pu être mis en relation avec le service comptabilité. Pour conclure cette malheureuse expérience je ferai juste un petit comparatif avec d'autres locations de véhicules à l'étranger (Espagne , Italie , Grèce , Vietnam , Japon ) : à chaque fois nous avons eu une très bonne prise en charge , très honnête et attentive. Le seul problème technique rencontré (au fin fond des montagnes vietnamiennes ) , nous avons été dépannés dans les 2 heures !!! : Cruise america et Camper days n'ont aucune éthique professionnelle , je réitère mon jugement de valeur : ce sont des escrocs !

The sales guy was very pleasant and easy to work with! The whole experience was smooth and simple. I was very happy with the price. I got a great first time customer deal on the mileage rate. The overall price and cancellation policy is so much better than other RV rental companies I checked out.
