The guys at the rental office were very polite and helpful. I've used the Cruise America RV's in the past. I will definitely continue using them. They made my trip with my daughter a memorable one. There's nothing like the RV experience.

The fact that it had great air conditioning it’s easy to handle. The bed was comfortable.picking it up and drop off was a very positive experience easy to empty waste simply to hook things up and inside was clean

The roadside customer assistance number has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Three days into our journey in their RV are water heater broke down while we were in Talkeetna, AK. We called the 1-800 number for their 24/7 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE at 8:30 am on July 13, 2023 to inform them and ask for assistance for the water heater. The person on the phone with us, Adela told us they will call us back after they find options to help us and asked for our location and plans to help further make decisions. No call from the roadside assistance for 7hrs we decide to call back at 3:30 pm on July 13, 2023. The new representative, Joe said he saw that we had called with an issue with our water heater at 8:30, and told us he is not sure what happened because the person who was taking care of that didn’t take any actions to provide help to us. Joe told us to call the location we rented the RV from and when we called Cruise America of Anchorage (around 4:00) they were closed. We never got a phone call back from anyone for the rest of our time with their RV. We later had to book a hotel room due to the water heater being broken and not being able to take proper showers bc the water was way to cold especially for my child. These people don’t know how to provide REAL assistance to their customers whenever there RVs are the problem and need to be fixed.

The RV was strong and everything worked great.

The RV was spacious enough for two people. Beds were VERY uncomfortable. We were not provided a broom, so the floor was dirty after the first day. The RV itself drove well and got fairly decent gas mileage, but was REALLY noisy. Sounded like things were not "battened down" and it was extremely distracting. It also felt like there was no suspension! The service center in Newburgh NY where we collected the RV could not have been nicer!!

I am a single mom that rented an RV to drive to Maine with my two boys. I have always wanted to do this with my kids and needed a special way to celebrate my sons graduation. At first, I was reluctant because I had never done an RV trip before and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a little nervous about being able to handle driving it on my own and operating it without anyone physically there to assist me. Prior to finding Cruise America I had looked into other websites where you are renting from a person who owns a single RV. The incredibly high costs and insane deposits they were requesting made me almost give up the idea a few times. It also felt like such a complicated process between availability and hidden costs that aren’t quite explained clearly. I’m so so glad I found Cruise America. They were so friendly and easy to work with, their prices were very reasonable and they made me feel so comfortable with the entire thing. It was such an amazing experience for us and I’m so happy I did it. I was shocked at how easy it was to drive and felt very reassured by having 24/7 access to assistance from the company if I needed it (which im proud to say I didn’t). I would 100% recommend this company and won’t think twice about using them again in the future! This was absolutely a trip my kids and I will never forget!

Trailer Ac didnt work , co2 smoke detectpr was hanging, bed matress was uncomfortable, water inlet hook up washer was washed out water leaked at campsite, refrigerator was not staying cold throught the 3 days, if door was not locked it would open while rc was 8n motion, dont have excuses this time Too bad these feedback experiences dont get published

Great customer Service

Vehicle was dirty, tire pressure sensor was going off the entire time so we had to stop and have it checked during our trip, refrigerator and freezer smelled so bad we could not put food in it. There we bald tires on the rear passenger side, curtains were torn for the windows and for the bed above the front seats. We rented your package with towels, pillows and blankets, towels and blankets were dirty, we had to purchase towels.

100% Satisfied. I absolutely love Cruise America. They make it so easy and the customer service is excellent. The RV’s are reliable, functional, and make for great family fun.
