Absolutely appalling service. Complained about a bean bag chair I purchased for my daughter which is lob sided a keeps falling off it! Sent me replacement beans for it an it’s still doing the same! I would avoid using this supplier as they refuse to fix the issue! It’s not the fact I want a refund, it’s the fact there is clearly a fault with the product as the replacement beans did not resolve this. Its lob sided the child can not sit on it as she falls off it.. it should not be like this if I purchased it a week/month or even a year ago it should not be like this!

I have just purchased 2 beanbags one turned up wrong colour grey the other was poor creased material. All in all very disappointing considering the good reviews I have read. I have tried to phone number on Webster invalid and email cannot be received.
