Good price and choice of colours, grand daughter loves it. Only thing I would say is packaging could be better, just came in a cardboard box which was all split.

The moment I purchased the item. The delivery was quick. Product nicely packed. Fabric, colour, make was lovely. My little one enjoys using it and makes me take it where ever she goes.

Great product, brilliant deal, reasonable service. I did have to fill most of the 'beans' into the bag, and it was only once I started that there was a clever bag-to-bag zip system to use. This could have been communicated better as it the system would be a reason for me to get your beanbags again or recommend them to others.

I was really quite apprehensive about ordering from these guys after purchasing and then stumbling across the reviews but the communication and delivery was all good. I wish the beanbag itself however was in a bag inside the cardboard box to protect it a bit more and it’s not as soft as I would have liked but is ideal for what I needed it for. To work on in my room.

I've brought some more beanbag refill to top up my massive beanbag and this is my I've 4th refill as ive brought over 38 cubics not all at the same time officially maybe more as ive had my beanbag for about 3 years and ive brought 2 more cubic from amazon which i wont buy from them again as they dont do the zip. Right then the main zip is the wrong way because it's child safety the last thing you want is your child to open the zip and pull all the beads out and some children might try and eat them so that's why the zip is the wrong way. For you and your children safety also the refill zip is easy to use make sure the zip is zipped all the way around so it over laps before you start filling it. if you can't do that then get someone that knows what they are doing. Since I've brought a lot I prefer the zip to no zip as you will have loads on the floor so many stupid people out there that can't do a simple job

Great service my grandson loves his beanbag and stool.

Website didn't process available deals until final checkout. This meant I altered my order to a deal that was refected throughout the transaction, which was not my first choice. Happy with the product but not happy with the correspondence or website. Won't use them again.

Love the beanbag, very comfy and delivery as expected. However couldn't get the easy-zip system to work and we had to just hold the bags together when filling it. Also we needed to buy extra beans to top up - we were ending up sitting on the floor with the original amount provided.

Great beautiful beanbag for my little girls room. She absolutely loves it. Would buy from them again. Order during Xmas peroid and didn't get a confirmation email or anything like that, so was a little worried but as soon as they opened in the new gave them a call and they had the order ready to be shipped out.

I have taken a while to review as I bought this for Christmas for our Grandson. It was easy to order, lots of choice of design and also the added bonus of having a name added. Good delivery time and notification. The beanbag is absolutely brilliant and our Grandson loves it. The dinosaur fabric is bright and colorful and the beanbag is well made.

This company is extremely bad at handling customer service issues. The customer service reps don't know anything about the actual product. I was sent a defective beanbag, and it took days to get an answer about whether it was defective or not - it was, the zip was the wrong way. By the time they figured it out, I had used tape instead of the easyfill system to fill the defective bean bag, so it was too late to send it back. I lost a lost of beans in the process and it was very stressful. If they had better written instructions/diagrams/videos to represent the product, or trained their customer service reps about the product, we could have identified it was defective much quicker. I asked for a partial refund, and they sent £5 only. Would never use this company again.

Great selection, arrived within a week, stunning colour in real life and very comfy.. only downside buying from Ireland, the customs was nearly 40euro for 2, which made them quiet expensive. I would love to buy more but irish import taxes make it unviable
