Absolutely amazing bed and service! My dog is a serial digger and likes to “pile” this bed has proved to be tough and the dog is extremely comfortable. I did have to call as couldn’t find my waterproof cover, the adviser was so friendly and helped me locate the cover (beds are made up, so the cover was already fitted to the cushion).

such a poor quality product, ordered to replace an old faux sued standard beanbag for one that's a bit more comfortable, but it the material was of really poor quality... Nylon, really thin, just rubbish and no comparison to our old beanbag, that was made from a lot better, thicker and more durable material. We were really disappointed, we'd ordered a sit up type bean bag with a bit of a back rest, but it wouldn't hold it's shape either, mainly as there was no form to the materiel with it being too thin, we didn't want a corduroy of fur type material, but had no concept that the alternative was cheap nylon, expecting it to be cotton or faux suede, something with a bit weight to it The matching foot stool that we ordered with it was made from even thinner nylon that was a different shade or brown... I suppose I should have realised the foot stool would be no good, as t was discounted from £25 to £5, obviously just a money spinner, add on sale for them To top things off, I'd forgotten to check that do free returns, which they do not.. and that probably tells you all you need to know about RUComfy and the faith they have in the quality of their products They also charged me twice as much postage to return the item as I paid to get it delivered, seems like a scam to me Avoid this company at all costs, choose a company that do free returns or but from a store where you can see what your getting without the fear of paying them 15 pounds in delivery and returns fees for absolutely nothing
