The service is seamless and trouble free, unlike previous waste collectors we have used. Our bins are located right outside our office where clients walk by them and there is never any debris left and the bins are left in a neat row every week. Callum at Waste Managed has provided excellent customer service with help & advice for the forthcoming new waste legislation. They really do provide a first class waste collection service.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2025I have given a 1-star rating because that is the lowest rating you can give, but to us, this company does not even reach a 1-star rating. This has to be the worst company we have ever used. We have paid them a monthly fee for the last seven months to collect our waste oil from our diner in Stoke on Trent. During this time they have dropped off the blue oil drum, but not made one collection of our waste. We have had to take some of our waste to our local tip to dispose of waste that we have had to put into smaller containers, once the drum was full. We have made several calls to get the issue resolved and are told the same thing every time, it will be collected on this day, but when the day comes there is no collection. We even gave a step-by-step process to the customer service department and still no collections have been made. Staff say they will call back and never call back, and the issue is still not resolved. If you are reading this review I would find yourself another company to collect your waste as this company is a con, and just take your money, without providing the service they say they offer. We are a charity working to give young people work experience and our experience with this company has not been a positive one.

They were not upfront about their pricing—what was initially quoted was far from what I was actually charged. Hidden fees and extra costs kept adding up with no clear explanation. On top of that, their service was unreliable. Collections were often late, and communication was poor. Every time I tried to get an issue resolved, I was met with excuses and unhelpful customer service. If you’re looking for a waste management company, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company is not transparent, and their service does not match what they promise.
