We have had several empty promises since we took over and still no further forward your service is at best shockingly bad you have left me with a health hazard and upset neighbours

Zero!!!! Wasted 3 years of my life sending emails and calling monthly chasing. They tell you someone’s coming and they never come! Or worse send confirmation of collection emails when noones been! I’ve been putting my waste in the trash god knows what I am paying for I am in 2 minds to send the 2 litre sharps I have boxed up to Newcastle as it’s a HAZRAD!!! Anyway cancelled direct debit this week and gave my notice. Shock their email and only contact inbox is FULL and bounces back of course it is I bet everyone feels the same! I have been paying monthly and had not one collection since October and it’s almost March. This is unacceptable. Update: TODAY 12/02/25 as I have asked numerous times since October for collection 2 large sharps bins filled to the brim Because of your incompetence I have cancelled my contract and your workman had the cheek to bring an empty sharps bucket here today! He didn’t take the used boxes though so what’s the point? He told me to close them and lock them! I will be contacting my bank today and getting my money back for these past few months. Your service is an absolute joke and I have seen all your reviews on Google and trust pilot which seem to outline the same issue!
