I have been calling the number provider of 021 for 4 hours no response. I even send them an email not even an acknowledgement receipt is given. What kind of service is rendered? I am disappointed.

South Africa | 05 July 2024So after calling for 2 days straight, countless emails and messages to the bot system Yesplay just sends an automated message saying they will investigate. I have not received my payout and it’s been 86 hours after their platform says 24 to 72 hours. The transactions approved but payment has not even been allocated as it should have been done. This feels like a scam and I will not recommend using this service ever in your life it is stressful especially after depositing thousands of rands into their platform. Now I got an email stating their bank is not working yet another person did a review stating she got ALL her money today!!!!

I tried withdrawing my winnings but was unable to because the OTP is sent on my old number since I used the old number to open my Yesplay account. I tried looking for help using the Live chat but no one is responding. I also tried calling and only got put on hold for a good 10 minutes till I was out of airtime. I sent emails and still nothing.
