So after calling for 2 days straight, countless emails and messages to the bot system Yesplay just sends an automated message saying they will investigate. I have not received my payout and it’s been 86 hours after their platform says 24 to 72 hours. The transactions approved but payment has not even been allocated as it should have been done. This feels like a scam and I will not recommend using this service ever in your life it is stressful especially after depositing thousands of rands into their platform.
