South Africa | 09 August 2024I tried make my first withdrawal on 30/07/2024 but the withdrawal was rejected. I was not notified till I checked and found that they needed FICA verification documents ID and proof of deposit which I provided. Today is the 08/08/2024 but still I am not assisted and can’t withdraw, chat bot is no longer replying to my messages. How can it take more than 9 days to make a withdrawal? I wouldn’t recommend this and I really regret even depositing my R3k, I just need my initial deposit back I no longer care about the money made after. Please give me my money back that’s all I’m asking for

South Africa | 26 July 2024I made a deposit in to my Yesplay account yesterday at around 13h00. The funds went off my bank account but was not credited to my account with them. Since then, 8 phone calls to 021 200 5992 and every single call got cut after about 2 minutes of holding on. 9 emails later and 4 attempts at their "live" chat. Out of desperation I got hold of Ozow who also emailed them - still not luck. This is shocking to say the least. You need to have a certain level of trust even if it is just a business relationship. How can you fund an account with a third party if you can't even get hold of them? Think again!
