I cannot make a withdrawal, keeps saying that my bank details are wrong. chat does not respond to massages, such an annoying app. only deposit options are user friendly i guess only because money will be coming in. I am told sorry I accepted the bonus and there is nothing Yesplay can do. Thus it is my bad luck as a pensioner that I now lost R600.This is now from 15/7/24 @ 18h00 till now that I cannot speak to someone that can assist me and just put my R600 over to slots...it cannot be that difficult with our technology today. I am hoping someone at Yesplay can think out the box and assist me. No response on email and the number given to call. Did enjoy this platform but now it is like hell to deal with Yesplay. In the past Sunbet and Lottostar are swift to respond and rectify matters and even great to call me back.

South Africa | 16 July 2024I deposit R300 on 13/07/2024, I try to phone Yesplay for some time, send nearly 20 emails, they ask for a bank statement, which I pay for and also send proof of payment, but still no feedback, a guy named Andre send an email to and said that deposit is missing... how is this possible. I need them to refund it back in my bank account, I will go further with this. Yesplay is a fraud company, it is not the 1st time this is happening.

We are very disappointed and all of our friends and family who uses yesplay are now very hesitate to use yesplay because of our struggle with them !!
