I feel verry disappointed and scared I played today and won but struggled pulling the money and what makes it worst I uploaded my bank details plus the 3 digit num on my card I think called a CVC NUM I spoke to the robot on the app was told someone will get back to still waiting the only thing that I can do now is change my bank details

Yes play is a scam I won 800 when I want to withdraw,it was transferred on bonus,I could not be able to cash out,I try to notify them about the problem but no response.I won't rest until I expose them to national tv.

I do not recommend anyone to play on this platform.... They are scammers.... Putting your winnings into a bonus which you cannot withdraw.... They should put your winnings into the place that we can withdraw and leave the bonus as the amount deposited.... Very disappointing.... Hollywood's is much better. Rather play there than on yesplay... Very poor service... Will never refer anyone.

Yesplay is truly a horrible platform, no support, their slot games are just rigged and you can't win anything, their withdrawals take forever, deposits sometimes disappear and even money on ones account, their response to reviews is verry dull and you can tell that it is what all the support team were told to say the same things, The promises they make about them contacting you should you write a review having a problem are lies, they will never contact you, They post fake reviews with 5 star and we all know they might even pay people for the reviews. Basically this guys take cheating to a whole new level and aren't even ashamed to do so. What a shame really, people stay away from this scammers.

15 June 2024: I won a R100 and then a R150. I had requested both to be withdrawn into my account in which both was processed the 15 December. The R150 is received into my account, which was won after the R100 and to date the R100 has still not reflected. I have numerous online chats, 50 back and forth emails from 4 different agents where one confirmed it was sent to my bank and the fault is my bank. I then went to the bank and they said nothing had been received and that I should request a proof of payment. I did so and no agent could supply. Another requested my bank statement and forwarded it to the finance team and no feedback thereafter. Till to date my balance is 0.00. I have note received my R100.00

Hi really used to like yesplay but on the 14th I made a withdrawal and it send processed completed but it's the 19th already and nothing came in my bank account yet also yesplay don't pick up there calls and don't give any help on msg

This is the worst platform of them all. I cant withdraw any of the money available. Biggest scam. I can only advise the rest of the people who are in the same boat as me to write an email to the gambling ombudsman. So that they can have a look at the corrupt gambling platform

I think yesplay is a scam i can advise people not to fall to their what they call bonus because all your winnings will be unwithdrawable. Please South Africans beware of this scam
