South Africa | 10 September 2024I've been trying to make a withdrawal since the 29th of August...requested documents has been sent to fica for me to make the withdrawal...proof of account and ID was send then they requested 3 months bank statement my account number had been added by them and when I tried to make a withdrawal a message popped up saying account details incorrect...by the way way there was a account number added by them that doesn't belong to me...when I emailed then they told me there system picks up my account in inactive(it's a new account by the way)and they can't and requested another back account registered in my name when I asked about the account added to my profile which doesn't belong to Me and was now provided by me....since the 29th of August it's almost 2 weeks later they still giving the run around....I just received a email asking for a picture of my card...if proof of account and bank statement isn't good enough to show that's its my account what is picture of my card going to help?of what will they want next?why are they delaying the withdrawal process so long......
