I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron and was very happy with the price and speed of delivery. I was given a one hour time slot which made receiving the chair very easy.

Really good service ordered on a Sunday and was contacted on the Monday with a delivery date, unfortunately this was not convenient but Wellworking managed to change the date to a convenient one providing delivery within two working days of the order. It was a refreshing change being able to phone a company and speak to someone straight away rather than going through a call centre - very impressed and the chair I bought is perfect

From the point of order, communication was excellent. Fully updated on the status of the order, to delivery dates, times and details. Arrived promptly with very good service - the delivery person offered and explained how to set the chair. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a HM Aeron from WellWorking as they are a registered HM dealer with other payment options to choose from. Customer service was quick to respond to questions prior to me making a purchase and item was delivered in 2 days. Overall satisifed with the whole process.

Spoke to a lovely lady on the chat who helped me with all my questions, and they were many. After she helped me land on a decision for my office chair, I checked out and paid and had the chair delivered in just two days to my flat in central london. Two days after that again I had a complimentary videocall with their ergonomics expert, another lovely and knowledgeable lady who helped me adjust everything correctly. Currently writing this review sitting in my Herman Miller Aeron Size C, and I'm very pleased with my choice and the service received.

From purchase to delivery I was kept up to date on my order and the status. The chair was delivered a day early which was fantastic. I have a recent back injury so this chair has great lumber support and aided my swift recovery. I would highly recommend this company and the Herman Miller chair.

Following receipt of my Herman Miller Mirra 2 Chair I felt I had to leave a review. I have had the chair a few weeks now and can honestly say it has made a huge difference to my life! It should be said that I am 60 years old and that, since retiring at 58 after spending my working life at a desk job, I spent my first few years of retirement sitting on a dining chair using my iPhone/MacBook without giving any thought to what it would do to my already broken back through years of sitting on awful office chairs! Recently, suffering continuous back pain from morning till night I knew I had to do something drastic to change my behaviour and help my posture. I came across the Wellworking site and after months of research into the perfect chair I narrowed it down to two - the Herman Miller Aeron Remastered or the Mirra 2. Finally I plumped for the Mirra 2, mainly because it sounded just as good as the Aeron but a couple of hundred quid cheaper! I have to say that, after taking delivery of my new chair, investing in a new desk, a laptop riser and Bluetooth keyboard, I feel like a different person! I had a chat on the phone to Wellworking for my VDU assessment and was given thoroughly good advice on how to set my workspace up properly. It is now a joy to use my laptop and not feel the screaming pain I was so used to experiencing every day. It has honestly changed my life. I am not saying these chairs are cheap, they certainly are not, but you get what you pay for and there is so much adjustability with the seat, the back and the arms you can’t fail really. And for what it’s worth, the chair is worth every penny and I would also definitely recommend Wellworking as it has all been a seamless experience thanks to them from delivery to review! 😃

Wellworking are Fantastic! I ordered a bespoke Boss Design Ltd desk named AC/DC; which was custom made. All of the team were wonderful, especially Martyn Travers (Key Account Manager) whom saw the order from start to finish. Continually communicating the whereabouts of the order and how it was progressing through the supply chain. This gave me unparalleled reassurance and I am deeply grateful for Traver's help. The item arrived exactly when promised and the delivery men were delightful. Happily ensuring the table arrived safely. I would recommend Wellworking to all. Thank you, ever so much.
