As I am working from home more regularly I decided to invest in an office chair that would be ergonomic and not look terrible in my home. Herman Miller tick both boxes and Wellworking having the best prices I've seen. I order the chair on December 21, happy for it to be delivered in the new year. To my surprise they scheduled a delivery on December 23, and provided an hour time slot. The chair was delivered in minimal packaging (just a few sheets of protective plastic) but was in perfect condition, presumably because Wellworking have their own vans and drivers, who was very polite and careful with the chair. Overall I couldn't be happier with Wellworking – and the chair is amazing.

Excellent service from start to finish. The minute I ordered the chair, I received clear communication of the status of my order and the delivery date. The gentleman who delivered the chair could not have been more helpful. Gave me lots of advice to ensure that I got the best out of the chair to support my bad back. There were some indentations on on of the armrest on delivery - the prompt replacement was scheduled for the busy Christmas period...however, delighted that the replacement chair is no longer required...the indentations were due to packaging, have reformed and are no longer visible.

Absolutely fantastic service - can't fault it at all! I ordered an ex-demo Orangebox Do task chair, which was very reasonably priced, described as "Very good" condition, with a 1-week delivery time. I received it today (2 days later...and on Christmas Eve no less!), and, honestly, I would never have known it was used - it's pretty much in perfect condition. It's also hands-down the most comfortable task chair I have ever sat in, and is going to transform working from home for me. It was delivered by Phil, who was an absolutely lovely person that kindly explained how to set the chair up, and where to access more information if I needed it. Prior to delivery I received 2 emails from the team: one letting me know the date that my chair would arrive, and a second one with a time frame, which was adhered to. Really flawless service, couldn't be happier - thank you so much WW! Have a great Christmas!

This is my second review of Wellworking. The Herman Miller Sayl chair I bought from Wellworking turned out to have issues. I contacted Wellworking, and with no questions asked they offered a swap out for the Herman Miller. I asked if I could swap for a different chair as I was concerned the same might happen again, and they were happy to do so. They had a Vitra chair on sale, which should have been a lot more money than my chair, and they swapped mine for that. It also came in 2 days. Amazing service, so helpful and friendly, delivery was great. Wellworking are an example of how a business should treat customers. Thank you so much, if I ever need more office furniture I’ll be coming back to you.

Great looking chair, fits me and the room..

Outstanding service thank you . I made an error with my order and customer service were easy to reach and v. quick to respond and action my request . Delivery was super quick - they helpfully removed the packaging and the product is fantastic .

So, there were delays, supply problems and other issues that weren't Wellworking's fault but were nevertheless deeply irritating. So that costs them a star. On the plus side, they kept me informed of all the problems, and were very apologetic. Their delivery driver was an absolute gem. The product was a Herman Miller Desk and arrived absolutely immaculate and looks great. I'm very happy with it.
