Ordered on Sunday, delivery arranged on Monday, and delivered on Tuesday. You can’t get better! The Eames dining chairs ordered were also offered at a great discount, and came in the original Vitra packaging with certificates. Brilliant!

Ordered two black Anglepoise floor lamps on Saturday at 1pm. Amazing value, as each at least £40 cheaper than anywhere on the web, and free shipping. They arrived this afternoon. Brilliant service! From the moment my order was placed to resolving an issue, Wellworking have been a joy to deal with! Website was easy to use and my new chair was delivered quickly by a friendly Wellworking courier who arrived bang-on the 1-hour time slot given. The real test of a company however is how they handle it when things aren't right - in my case, there was an issue with my new chair (not Wellworking's fault) but my email enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently and a swap-over was arranged in no time! Again, their delivery service was spot-on and my replacement chair is perfect, thanks!

First time I’ve ordered from this company and very impressed with their service. Ordered an anglepoise lamp at 10.30pm on a Sunday evening. Confirmation of dispatch by 8am on Monday and lamp delivered on at 9am Tuesday. Very happy with lamp, which was really competitively priced (£20 cheaper than competitors), and the service was outstanding! All round winner - I’ll be using them again.

Appalling after sales service and failure to replace a product that was delivered broken. £388.00 spent on a Boss Design Lilly chair that failed to live up to its online description and certainly does not seem to match the description in the online catalogue.
