Wellworking are an extraordinary company; their expertise, their products and their customer service cannot be faulted. After talking to their sales team to get advice, I ordered the Herman Miller Verus 'create your own' chair in October last year. The Wellworking website makes it clear that there is a wait for delivery. The chair was originally due to be delivered shortly before Christmas, but there was a delay at the manufacturers. The delays continued through January. At every point, Wellworking staff - namely Tasha - went above and beyond the call of duty in providing me with regular updates and doing their best to communicate with the manufacturer. The chair has arrived today and it is perfect. I would give Wellworking ten stars if I could!

Excellent fast service. Could not make the suggested delivery date, (which was three days from the order date) but was given a new convenient date shortly afterwards. A reassuring Wellworking van turned up (so nice to have it delivered by the company I bought it from) with a very helpful driver who brought the chair in and removed the minimal packaging. He asked me to check the chair, which was perfect, and showed me how to adjust it. I was delighted by the service.

At first I was a bit suspicios to buy Herman Miller chair by about £100 then on other sites. But read reviews and decided to give it a go. The website is nice and easy to use. Purchase was swift and easy. The delivery was prompt and they even offered time slot and delivered on time fully assembled and wrapped in plastic bag chair. Gave invoice and manual. Now I'm super happy with my purchase and the chair. Well done "Wellworking"!

Brilliant service. The lady I spoke to before purchase was knowledgable and friendly. The website is easy to use. Delivery was well organised and delivered with a good explanation of how to use the chair, where I can get more information and the returns procedure if needed (though with these quality products, I doubt it will)

Our friends recommended This company It was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we order desk and chair. Staff were friendly and let is know about status of the delivery . In total it took 2-3 business days. We also choose an assemble service which was great. However, the assembly person forgot 1 little part, but it was sent to us immediately and arrived in a few days. Overall, i would purchase more from wellworking and would recommend a friend.
