I’ve been so pleasantly surprised by this company. I ordered an ergonomic desk chair from them and just expected it to be delivered and that be that but the delivery man actually took the time to show me how I should set it up and I had a free video call where they took me through how to set up my wider workspace. They recommended a few easy changes that have really helped my back. One of the products I returned and it was no hassle, just sent them one email and on the same day they had arranged collection on a day I was in and gave me a 1 hour time slot which they made. Super impressed with their customer service, feels very human. They get my recommendation :)

The whole process from order to delivery was well above the norm. Upon ordering we received a tailored email explaining the delivery and giving us two dates. We opted for one which suited our availability. The delivery was within the 1 hour timeframe. The delivery guy was friendly and made sure the chair was put together and he switched out one of the arms as he felt it was slightly scuffed. Chair is really top quality and really comfortable.

Excellent customer service and great product. I have a lot of issues with my back and this chair enables to me to work all day in comfort. And it looks pretty great too! The only down side is that the levers are a little fiddly, but fine once you get the hang of it.

Excellent company to deal with. Bought a sayl and it wasnt right for me. Took the product back no problem. A pleasure to deal with and will be buying the rest of my furniture there including my mirra 2.

The good bit first -communication on delivery day and time was good and chair delivery was roughly as advised. Surprised there was only 1 delivery operative as the chair is both heavy and awkward to lift by one person into a home. That’s what probably resulted in the back support being disconnected from the chair frame rails which after a little bit time and research I managed to fix back into place, there was also a small scratch on the chair base which while visible wasn’t big enough to request a replacement.
