As per usual the timber is great quality and prices are good. Delivery person is friendly and helpful. The new reminder system the day beforehand helps. Only stumbling point is the turnaround on delivery time. I usually have to wait 7-10 days as standard with NWTT. Other suppliers I use operate a 48hr turnaround making it easier to complete ongoing jobs. Overall I'm a very happy customer.

Ordering was easy , and the delivery to my home turned up on time , the guy even carried all my items to where I wanted them stored . Will definitely order NWTT so much easier than B& Q . NWTT didn’t have a minimum order quantity, so I didn’t have to over buy.
