Moved to the valley just over 2 years ago from Bury...1 day after work I had an awfully experience at Wickes, trying to buy some 9mm ply....leaving frustrated I headed back to the valley n stopped off at NWTT and asked them for a sheet of 9mm ply. Well these guys treated me with respect, loaded the van and had time for a chat. Since then I've not been anywhere else for my timber ...The lads, including Jake n Scott have the time to discuss your DIY project, suggest anything you may have forgotten, cut the wood to size, load the van n I feel grateful for their time. My initial email was quickly answered by Zoe. Then my order was confirmed by Andrew O, and processed by Scott at Waterfoot. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the delivery driver, who had to put up with dreadful rain to make the delivery, but was cheerful despite that. And I must thank whoever it was who took the decision to polywrap all the lengths of timber and the sheet of plywood; it makes a massive difference when you want to use it internally the same day. A great experience, and I will definitely buy from NWTT again!
