The driver called me to tell me he would be at my house in twenty minutes which he was the driver could not be more helpful in unloading the materials first class service that is why I keep reordering, if I get a bad service of any company I won't do business with them again keep up the good work.

I asked one of the very helpful staff if they have a website where I can highly recommend them, because all the staff there especially Jake are absolutely amazing..They are really patient with me..I've needed to go to waterfoot wood yard quite a lot recently and I always come away with exactly what I was wanting..the staff are really well manerd as well as being more than helpful. Going to waterfoot timber yard is a pleasant experience.. Also in the shop, the staff are really helpful, they have all helped me lots..I cant believe how reasonably charged they are, so cheap for top quality stuff.. I always say give credit where it's due, well this place certainly deserves a lot of good credit reviews.. Outstanding customer service, a special thankyou to Trevor Green our delivery driver who noticed I had left the keys in my front door and proceeded to lock the door and put them somewhere safe for when I got home. We have ordered from North west Timber numerous times before, and we have always received 5* customer service would definitely recommend.

I have used NWTT several times before. They always deliver quickly and on-time, and their products are always good quality. Most recently, I ordered 20 bags of their own brand of postcrete, and it worked well. I definitely prefer NWTT to Travis Perkins, B&Q or Wickes. It’s a much better service.
