The website is easy to use and being local means I can get quick delivery at a flat cost of £12. The team in the store and in the yard are what you'd want from a merchants. They keep it simple and know what products they stock. When items are out of stock, they put it on order and ring to say when it's landed. Well done.

On the day of delivery the driver phoned to discuss access and when I got home I was very pleased to see he’d managed to leave me room. Top driver!
