The staff are knowledgeable and customer service excellent. The wood was ordered and delivered on time. The staff Ben & Tony from the Waterfoot branch very helpful and always carry the wood in for me. I would definitely recommend this company, I have used them for several years for various projects.

Called into the Skelmersdale branch today for some plaster and a few electrical items, Jack in the yard was very helpful and even offered to carry the plaster and load the van, have to say you dont get that at all building suppliers. A+.

Fantastic service from Jenna Scott and the team at NWTT. Jenna dealt with my queries efficiently got me a great price for my timber. Was meant to be delivered next week but got a phone call mid week advising the timber was ready and if I would be happy to recieve it earlier. Delivery came early today and there were no issues with damages or anything to untoward. The delivery lad (sorry didnt catch his name) was excellent in unloading. Professional, capable and was very health and safety minded as my young children were watching and kept in mind with the hazards around. Great job NWTT!! Will recommend to anyone

Jenna was exceptionally helpful in suggesting what timber would be the best for us and sending full quotations by e mail. Delivery was quick and the driver helped to put the timber in the garage.
