Dealt with the walkden branch for years whenever I’ve been doing any DIY at home they have everything you need to do any project bug or small. Would like to give a shout to Josh who’s always more than willing to go above and beyond whether that’s on the yard cutting timber for you or working out jobs in the office. Great team all round

When we managed to get confirmation that our tradesman was definitely coming we knew we would be hard pressed to get a delivery for the garden fencing in such a short time. With much thanks to Jenna Scott for initially bringing the lead date forward by a couple of days, and then once the order was in Andrew Owen contacted us to recommend a more suitable product for a better finish with no additional cost we are over the moon. It's the second time I've ordered with North West Timber and were extremely happy with their customer service considering I'm disabled and in and out of hospital all the time, many thanks to everyone. Excellent service as always @JennaScott. So much cheaper than Huws gray and you don't get patronised for not knowing the exact term for a product. Excellent. Also, the delivery driver went the extra mile moving bins etc to make sure my purchase was safe. (Sorry I don't know your name for a shout out)

I use NWTT at Waterfoot quite regularly. I’ve bought lots of timber from them over the last 18 months. Most I had delivered, always on time. They provide a good products with good pricing. The customer service is exceptional… so helpful and professional. Yesterday I was given some composite samples to take away for a shed I’m building. I’d not considered composite before, but a great idea. My wife loves it too! They go the extra mile!

I have placed a number of orders with North West Timber Treatments over the years in fact they are the firstbplace I go every time as I always recieve an excellent service. Today, however, the delivery driver went way beyond to ensure that I reveived excellent service helping me move my products to the back of the house where needed and where the hiab didn't reach. He didn't need to do this and offered to help me which was extremely well received and left an extremely positive impression.

Every order I’ve placed with NWTT has been great! Jenna Scott was very helpful with the ordering process.
