My fiancé purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band from Ritani, his purchase experience was amazing and so was mine! I didn't even give the competitors a chance and the fact that Ritani has a variety of options, we were able to find the perfect band for him!

Ritani representatives are some of the best I have dealt with. I worked on my engagement ring with Tiana and my wedding band with Amrita (some with Tiana). The two of them are amazing. Both are patient and helpful whenever they can.

I was very hesitant with shopping online for an engagement ring and reading some of these negative reviews. Needless to say, Ritani KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! The customer service is so responsive, informative and reassuring. They're available day and night to answer any question you could possibly come up with! Who can complain about that?! I did a ton of research on diamonds and searched high and low for the perfect one. Ritani by far had the most reasonable prices and inventory. I requested images on the diamond before I received it and they delivered. I picked my ring up in a partner store and was able to sit down one on one with a gemologist to go over everything. The final product blew me out of the water. Thank you so much Ritani and their entire team for helping me along the way! Amanda, Jess & Silvia you guys rock!

Check out other options before you choose this website. Poor customer service. They are not flexible policy’s are like laws for them. James Allen blue Nile better much better customer service.
