Good service

This is a second time , I bought the ring diamond 💍 for my wife. I am very happy with all the staffs : Amanda, Jess, Leah, Amrita, Tiana.... from Ritani. They are very nicely, helpful. This time I am upgrade the old one and resizing another . Waiting to see the new one coming. Thank’s a lot to all you.

I attempted to purchase an engagement ring from Ritani using the financing set up through sychrony. Ritani was very helpful in getting my credit card approved. They assured me a diamond and delivery date. The evening it was to be shipped they informed me the stone was not available at this time. They offered me other stones that would be available by my proposal date 10 days later. I was contacted again the next day letting me know my second choice was also not available. Now they are offering the choice of stones thats price exceed the credit limit on the card I've already opened. I am now stuck with a credit card that only works at Ritani. I'm not sure the diamond I selected was ever available but they did their best to locking me into purchasing from Ritani.

Had a great experience picking out the RIGHT engagement ring. Compared over the phone with multiple diamonds and bands and it was an extremely easy process. Very happy with the ring that I chose.

Tianna was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed immediately, and anticipated all of my questions and concerns so that our conversation could be completed in a timely fashion. She is definitely an example of how customer service should always be.

I was really nervous about making this purchase over the internet. I felt sorry for the customer service representative who helped me because I questioned everything! When my 2 carrot beautiful diamond arrived exactly on schedule, I immediately took it to a jeweler to make sure it was real. It is and it is absolutely gorgeous! So thankful!

Best experience I’ve had - Silvia went above and beyond to make my buying experience not stressful. I’ve purchased wedding bands and I was so nervous due to purchase price and custom bands. She walked me through the steps and I’m so happy I chose Ritani!!!!!

Website is great. I put a nice ring together within our budget. I chose the option to see in person the diamond I chose at a local jeweler. They wanted a deposit on my cc for full price of the diamond just to see it! I cancelled and they lost my business.

I’m so happy with my ring! Ordering online makes you leery, but, everything worked out great! I knew I wanted the Bella Vita three stone setting, but I wasn’t necessarily wanting a diamond from Ritani. I looked up diamonds with my specs and found one I liked. I compared it to Rare Carat to see if I was getting a good deal. Another jeweler had it cheaper. I’m sure I could price match, but it was only like 50 bucks and not a concern. Rare carat still priced the diamond 300 dollars higher. Customer service was amazing every step of the way. Day or night I was able to chat with reps with any concern I had! I decided to buy the ring with their financing and have it shipped to me instead of a jeweler because they have a 30 day return. I’m so glad I did! Absolutely in love! I recommend Ritani to everyone! The customer service is impeccable! My ring is so sparkly and gorgeous! I also originally wanted 1.5 carat diamond, but prices were too high. I ended up with 1 carat and it’s absolutely gorgeous! So so happy with my ring and the whole experience!!!
