The store where I pick up the diamond treat me with their arrogant，snobish and tired smile. Anyway I was just pick up the stone nothing to do with their business though. However the diamond is great. I love it， so beautiful !

The rings are absolutely beautiful and I love them. I will say though online the diamonds on the setting look much bigger so when seen in person I was almost disappointed at first glance. I had to gain a new appreciation for them as is. The online picture is a bit deceiving even with the HD view. But overall I think the rings are gorgeous!

Our first purchase with Ritani. We are still waiting for the delivery. However our experience with the customer service especially (Jess) was simply an ‘ideal’ cut. The pricing is better than Costco and James Allen, and for a better clarity and cut.

Four years ago, I decided to upgrade my diamond ring that my husband bought for me 36 years ago. I had searched all the brick and mortar stores but decided to purchase a diamond, setting, and new wedding band online due to the significant savings. The question than became which online store to choose because there are many. I chose Ritani four years ago because they offered an in store preview, a 30 day return policy, and a lifetime upgrade. I was so happy I did. Fast forward to today, four years later, I decided to take advantage of Ritani's upgrade program. Their customer service was excellent 4 years ago and they actually exceeded my expectations of excellence now. I was very anal about the cut of the diamond this time around and it became my focus. I literally called their customer service department everyday with questions. In doing so, I had the pleasure of speaking with every staff rep at one time or another. Amrita is one of Ritania's supervisors. She is a certified GIA gemologist. She was very helpful to me as well as very knowledgeable about diamonds. A total sweetheart to talk to. As for the team of sales reps I had the pleasure with talking to they are, Lisbeth, Jessica, Amanda, Jess, Tamara, Silva, and Tiana. They all were equally as nice and extremely patient with me. Nicole, the teams manager, was a doll and very supportive and knowledgeable too. She actually was the one that wrote up our purchase orders for my new set of rings. The whole staff was professional at all times and made the purchasing process easier on me and my husband. Plus, Ritani is true to its word. I found my exact diamond on a competitor's site for less money and Ritani matched the competitors price!!! They also bought back my diamond for the same amount of money I paid for it four years ago. The same with the setting and wedding band minus a 15% restocking fee. Since I didn't have to pay sales tax, the stocking fees were not a concern. Ritani is a truly fantastic company to purchase jewelry of any kind from. They have a large volume of diamonds to choose from and their custom-hand crafted settings are truly beautiful. I should know because I am now on my second one!! However, the most outstanding thing about Ritani which I believe sets them apart from their competitors online, is their outstanding customer service department. When you are looking for quality jewelry at a fair price, top notch customer service, and a company you can truly trust to stand by its word, Ritani fits the bill! It is truly a company where you can purchase with confidence and be assured that you will be treated right by a wonderful, professional, and supportive sales staff. I just love my new Ritani rings.
