No clue why but there site is super inconsistent, I build a few rings and the prices are everywhere, if you put yourself in incognito the prices drop ALOT, I tried coupon codes they sent to my email and those didn't work but applying the link the email sent rises all the prices. Idk if its legit, but the fact the prices change and the discount codes they try to fish you with don't work, makes this site seem very suspicious. And to add to this, They offer a millitary discount of 1.5% if you send them proof through email which is fine, but the discount you get for putting things in your cart 3% (they send you an email after 2 hours)

I had ordered a set of stones for an engagement ring but the stones that were sent weere not duplicates not even close in color, clarity or shape. After much delay they tried to charge me triple the original price to match the original stones I ordered. After lots of frustration I tried to return my orders and they denied me saying that I was 15 days past my order date even though none of this would have happened if they would have matched the stones correctly the first time. The customer service they provided was unacceptable and I cannot recommend them

The diamond was stunning just needed to dig through reports to find it. Setting was good too. The biggest issue and why it's only 3 stars is for Candian customers resizing/repair times are ridiculous. The request was submitted June 13th, it is now July 7th with no shipping label provided. I called 3 times and was told a shipping label would be provided in a day or two. I will just get it resized locally. So if you will be needing resize or repair maybe just buy the loose stone and avoid setting at all cost.

Our experience with Ritani has been nothing short of unacceptable. Not only did they return the ring with a different band after a simple repair, but they also repeatedly sent it to the wrong location and failed to recall the package. It took hours of time to push and prod them to finally make it right after 2 months. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer care is deeply disappointing. I cannot in good conscience recommend Ritani based on our experience.

Everything is perfect! The details are spot on and the diamond is absolutely stunning! Couldn’t have been an easier experience. I felt like I was in full control of everything and was able to create a ring for my new fiancé!! Extremely happy with the entire purchase!

I purchased from them in December of 22. After about 3 months, I sent the ring back to get resized after I asked for one of their sizing guides they have. Then after 5 months, being the pain in the butt I am, thought she would like a different setting. After Calling and speaking to a supervisor, they approved it. Thank god. The ring was beautiful before but my girlfriend like plain settings. So I made it into the perfect ring. And this was outside their window of returns. And they were so accommodating. Thank you Ritani. I received it the other day and I’m so excited to present it to her. I also changed it to platinum. White gold tends to wear off after time. Especially on a ring. Platinum is forever. They have great customer service. Although I like to purchase from a store in person, so I can see the product, this was just as good. Thank you again

Let me start by saying we had a wonderful purchasing experience. At first. My fiancé's engagement ring is fantastic and everything we wanted at a great price. This was in March 2022. Everything since then has been terrible. As in never do business again terrible. We had to send the ring back a few months later for repairs due to the diamond coming loose. This was October 2022. This first repair was timely - about a week. We would give it an A+. Fast forward to mid-March 2023 and we have had further need for adjustments & repairs. One of the diamonds fell out of the band and both her wedding band as well as engagement rings need a slight resizing beads inserted as she is in between half sizes. The rings were received by Ritani March 21 and given a return date of April 4th. All of this was what we had hoped. We are getting married 4/29 and leaving for the wedding on 4/28. All of which were communicated when we requested the repairs. It was about 1.5 months away for similar minor repairs. On April 4th we received a notification the shipment had been delayed. Not that the repairs weren't done, couldn't be done, anything that would have told me the status. Just that it will now arrive 4/14. So you can see how we'd start to get nervous. This is when multiple times a week I started using their live chat to get a status update. I was reassured that it would be here on time. Time & time again. But what I was not being told was that it was not being worked on. Nor what time I should expect it other than "should be a day or 2". I even requested it just be sent back to us if the repairs were not going to be done in time so we could at least take it somewhere local to get repaired. I don't know what happened. I honestly don't care. As the 4/14 date came & went I started calling to talk to a person. I was sick of hearing it will be here. 4/21 passed and I did not get a shipping notification regardless of continued reassurance. I lost my cool on the phone with them 4/24. We were in the week of our wedding and the thing STILL hadn't been repaired yet alone shipped. Sadly it took me losing my cool to get action. It is now 4/27 and 2 days from our ceremony. The ring is in our hands. And only half of the repairs that were supposed to be done were actually done after all this frustration. The ring is on a new band or a repaired band. But the resizing beads were not put into the ring. We do not have time to get these done by another jeweler. It's too late. It won't be the end of the world. But really ... what was the point of this lack of transparency? If you were having factory issues or repairs were backed up, be transparent. Ritani, you put us through a whole lot of stress during an already stressful time and you didn't even do the job right. I have no idea if we even would have got the ring back if I didn't pitch a fit. This blunder of errors cost you a customer and pretty much anyone else I can tell about my awful experience. If you are a perspective buyer go elsewhere. You are not in good hands with Ritani.

I am super impressed with this place. The prices are great and they have sales. I am extremely pleased with the beautiful diamonds I received. They are absolutely gorgeous. I changed my mind about what I ordered and called the next day to see if I could change. The sales person was so nice, helpful, and just acted like it was no problem at all. I was given notices on what was happening with my order and lots of heads up to be home to sign. Just like Christmas when they arrived!. I love, love, love them and the jeweler can't believe the price I bought them for and how beautiful they are. All in all just a great experience with Ritani. I am already looking forward to another purchase.

My diamond earrings are absolutely beautiful and the sparkle is incredibly. I am slightly concerned with weld that attaches the post to the basket of the earing as there is some flexibility. But the backing feels very secure when wearing them. Initially there was a lag in communication on the progress of my purchase but once I inquired they promptly got back to me with an update. Their selection of lab created diamonds is vast with price points to match. I would recommend Ritani to anyone seeking quality lab created diamond products.

Diamond selection was great and sorting the diamonds by the various parameters narrows the search for exactly what you are looking for. Pricing was very competitive. Seeing a close up of the diamond also very helpful.

I ordered a 7-stone wedding band from Ritani on Feb 7 and the delivery date was meant to be Feb 25. I didn't get an update until Feb 27 that it's delayed and that it will ship Mar 1. Mar 1 comes and there was nothing, no update, no email, no phone call. I had to go chase them on the chat multiple times because they never replied to email or pick up the phone. On Mar. 8 I got another email saying that it has been delayed and shipping is Mar 14. The sales lead manager sent me an email saying that the shipping team noticed an issue with the diamond and that the ring is going to have to be remade and this is expected to delay the order about another week and that she'll update me as the ring is in production. There was no proactive update until I reach out via chat on the day it was supposed to be shipped and they said it will definitely be shipped by another 2 days. That passes and nothing was shipped so I reached out via chat. The agent said that it would be shipped that night if it passes quality control. I assume it didn't pass quality control so I got another email saying that the order is delayed and will ship Mar 21. At this point, I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be processed. They had already charged me for the ring and kept dragging it out. I also had to chase them up for the refund to be processed. The rep over the chat apologised and said refunds get processed on Friday but they missed processing my refund 2 Fridays in a row. TLDR They had 5.5 weeks to make a wedding ring and they still couldn't deliver. Had quality control issues 2 times. Didn’t process my refund 2 Fridays in a row and I had to chase for a refund. Everything is super slow to get done, work gets missed, and there’s no visibility into where things are at. It’s not worth the stress

I had such a great experience with ritani. I ordered a lab grown diamond set in a 14k white gold setting. I got confirmation that they secured the diamond I chose in less than 24 hours. They also overnighted my ring to me and I got it in less than a week! It is stunning and their prices/service are unbeatable

My first experience with Ritani was back in 2015 when I had an engagement ring reset in one of their settings. I've also purchased various pieces from them, including 4 custom necklaces. I highly recommend Ritani to several of my friends over the years. I recently became newly engaged, and I immediately went to Ritani to pick my ring. I settled on a setting but couldn't decide between two diamonds, so I decided to place two orders with different diamonds but the same setting with the intent of choosing from the two. When they arrived, I was extremely disappointed as the craftsmanship was terrible. One of the rings had huge and uneven prongs, both rings had awful solder seams, and the surprise diamonds looked like they were an afterthought. After a couple of days of going back and forth, I decided on which stone I wanted to keep but have reset in another setting. I called Ritani, and they took zero accountability for the poor craftsmanship or inconvenience but assisted me in placing the return and exchange. For my exchange, I decided on an 18 kt gold setting with a platinum head/halo and prongs. I also added engraving. I paid for the difference in the setting and the additional fee for customization and sent the rings back the next day. A couple of days after the rings were delivered to Ritani, I called to get an ETA for my ring. They told me it was going to ship in the next few days and confirmed the custom setting details (engraving, yellow gold w/ platinum head/halo and prongs). When I received the ring, I was again extremely disappointed, to say the very least. The setting style was correct; however, it was all yellow gold and didn't have the engraving. I called Ritani immediately and told them what had happened, and again, they held zero accountability and were completely unapologetic for their mistake. They also mentioned that they didn't see any details about the ring being two-toned or requiring any engraving and told me I'd need to pay for customization. To which I told them that I had already paid the additional $150 for the customization. They told me they'd confirm and call me back but I never received that call. So, I went ahead and sent my ring back for "repairs." After an additional two weeks, I finally received my ring. The ring is by no means perfect as it has some issues - blemishes on the band, uneven prongs and a small bump on the backside of the band but at this point, it doesn't seem worth contacting Ritani to fix as this process has been such a hassle and drain already. Don't get me wrong, though, the ring is still beautiful, but the terrible experience to get to this point has taken away from the ring's beauty. I used to rave about Ritani, and I'm truly saddened and disappointed that I have to question purchasing from them again. They have completely lost my trust and had so many opportunities to regain it during this process but chose not to.

Save your money and go elsewhere! This is the place to make the engagement ring process more stressful. Lack of transparency and deceitful practices. For my custom ring order, I was given a quote and told I would be given a link to place an order. However, this was the beginning of contradictory statements and a sign I should have brought my business elsewhere. I asked for 1 small revision based on the CAD renderings (changing the arrangement of small stones on the band) and when I went to place an order, the customer support contact then told me I could not place an order via a link and I would then have to call in and gave me a revised quote of $600+ MORE. When asked about the revised quote, I was told that the first quote I was given was "too low". I pointed out that the small change (changing the small stones on my setting to be pave instead of micropave) did NOT justify the $600+ price increase. I found similar designs on their site that were priced in the range of my original quote and even shared that with them. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging their mistake in giving me an "incorrect initial quote", they told me they could only honor the quote I was given if I forgo any changes on my custom ring order. Their fault in the process became something I now had to deal with and accept. I ended up giving in as the change I suggested was minimal anyway and I was hopeful the ring would at least turn out fine. However, the nightmare came when the ring arrived already damaged with a missing prong, no engraving, and missing appraisal documents. The ring was also not secured and loosely left in the ring box when shipped. Reaching out again to customer support, I was told the estimated time for repairs was 4-6 WEEKS, far longer than it took for my ring to be made from scratch. After pushing back on this timeline, they promised to make the repair and ship it in a week. A week later I still hadn't recieved any updates on the repair and again had to contact support. The lack of communication and transparency at this point was ridiculous. The ring was delayed to ship and wasn't shipped until 3 days later. On their site, they advertise that they ship via FedEx overnight, well it turns out despite knowing my ring was delayed by the fault of Ritani, they chose to ship it via 2 day shipping. Upon receiving my ring to no one's surprise, the appraisal was STILL missing despite customer support assuring me that this would be included this time. Even worse, they were too cheap to actually ship the ring with the original box packaging that comes with every order. The ring box was literally sent by itself with no appraisal AND without the original packaging my order came with. The whole process has been deceitful with no acknowledgment of wrong doing or proactiveness to solve the issues they caused. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your ring and spare yourself the stress and time. This whole process ended up taking over a month when it should have been completed within 2 weeks.

Great communication and amazing prices! I reached out to Ritani multiple times throughout the process and they were always very helpful and professional. I was skeptical at first because of the price I paid, but my ring is absolutely gorgeous! I hope to purchase more jewelry in the future.

They don’t answer the phone, when you leave a message they don’t call back. Emails go unanswered and chats never followed up on. They stretched out the prongs in the setting to make the 3.6 carat stone fit, the prongs look like little strands of wire. Totally unacceptable, paid $800 for the setting and it’s garbage.
