We ordered one Cobalt ring and we returned to get a larger size before our wedding as promised by customer service. Production was unable to produce the ring in time, so a more expensive palladium ring was sent in its place AND they sent the larger Cobalt ring when it was completed. Ritani customer service made up for its production timing errors

The jewelry is high quality (got my engagement ring from here) and the site is really well done. Takes so much hassle out of the experience and I really feel the prices are reasonable compared to jewelry stores.

I love my ring and my wedding band. I work with my hands so i get a little nervous, but so far everything is good. The customer service i'm a little mixed with. Everyone was very nice, that's a big plus. I ended up having to work with quite a few different people when trying to exchange/upgrade my engagement ring (my fiance and i each picked out a different one, i told him i didn't like the one he picked out, but he bought it anyways..). Each person i dealt with said something different from the last. Once i had picked out a new one and plan was in place, i was given a price and moved forward with the transaction. It wasn't until a week or two later i got a quote for a price much more than originally discussed, way more than i was willing to pay. I had to push back and say that unless i pay the original price, i wasn't going to follow through and wanted my old ring back. the woman i was dealing with at this point went through the records i had on file (because some of my conversations had taken place on the 'chat' feature on the website) and saw the price i was quoted. luckily for me they decided to honor that price, but it was just such a hassle to be going back and forth between people saying different things.
