Excellent communication and very easy to deal with. The property was fantastic and just as described.

The house was perfect - it's gorgeous, had everything we needed, was the perfect size for 8 adults and the location meant we could easily walk to the grocery store, bar, boulangerie. In addition the town itself is so well located for exploring nearby towns. We had the best holiday and would happily re-book the house in warmer weather when we could also enjoy the pool.

We loved that we didn’t have to drive every day. We could walk to all required shopping, walk to lovely hikes. The villa was very well equipped. And charming. It was perfect.

Man kann immer genau überprüfen, welche Schritte gemacht wurden bzw noch zu leisten sind. Vor Ort hat auch der Kontakt mit dem Ansprechpartner problemlos, freundlich und zuvorkommend geklappt, ohne dass wir uns jemals gesehen hätten. Auch im Nachgang des wunderbaren Urlaubs in dem wunderbaren Haus waren die Ansprechpartner vor Ort noch behilflich, da wir etwas im Haus vergessen hatten. Diese Agentur werden wir gerne ein weiteres Mal für ein Ferienhaus anfragen.

The villa was incredible, so well appointed with gorgeous views. We enjoyed visiting the beautiful villages in the Luberon. This was my first visit to Provence and we’d love to come back. Thank you to our very attentive and caring host Daniela.

We loved our villa, the actual home, the grounds, the location. The owner needs to make some repairs on the driveway. It is full of ruts and difficult to maneuver.

Beautiful home, fantastic view….perfect!!

We stayed at the villa near Villedieu for 2 weeks from Sept 28 to Oct 12. Our experience was disappointing on many levels. Provence Holidays service level was disappointing, especially when it came to the local concierge who was not at all responsive or helpful. She only responded after we complained to Provence Holidays directly. Our interaction with her was further complicated by the fact that she was unable to speak english. We were not provided with the promised guide books to the area until near the end of our stay. The state of the property was very disappointing and not at all in keeping with the photographs on the web site. The property had an overwhelming sewage smell that required several days of plumber's time to address (and it was never fully resolved). Several of the bedrooms were not useable due the overpowering smell, even after remediation helped with other areas of the villa. The property was in generally poor state of repair with many lights not working and none of the exterior furnishings set up for us (many of which were broken or in poor repair). We had to set up the exterior furniture ourselves. The outdoor kitchen was not in working order and remained a mess throughout our stay. The kitchen was one of the property's highlights. It was well stocked but the fridge's ice maker was not working. Another highlight was Pierre - the wonderfully helpful property maintenance person who lived next door. Overall, however, this was our worst experience of renting a luxury villa in Europe (which we have now done 10 times). The only reason I rated it a 2 star rather than a 1 star, is that Provence Holidays and the property owner agreed to a partial refund for our first week, to address the poor state of the property.

Open the French doors everyday while you sip your morning espresso, tour the local markets, and sip rosé under the stars by the pool every night. Couldn’t have been more perfect!
