Provence Holidays were excellent and I would definitely rent a property with them again! Our concierge Florence was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. We adored Mas Vaudois the house we rented - it was incredibly beautiful and we hope to return again one day.

Beautiful property at the base of the village Gordes, Provence involving a lovely (uphill way there) 15 minute walk via path (no car exposure) directly into the village. Mas Bel Air is 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bath so very spacious, AC, beautiful grounds and pool with lots of places to sit and relax with fantastic views of the Luberon. We felt the price was very reasonable given the location and size and quality of the villa. Very good support system including local contact nearby who met us at the property and was available for questions and for check out. Excellent information regarding the surrounding area, restaurants, chefs, etc. Also there was good communication prior to our stay.

Provence Holidays were amazing, we had been searching for some time trying to find the Villa in the South of France and then we found them and they came up with exactly what we were looking for - literally ticked everything we hoping for. A simply stunning Villa near Avignon Fabulous customer service and great follow up - I would highly recommend them - well done Team Provence! :-)

Very professional interaction with Provence Holidays. Prompt and well-informed responses to queries, smooth booking and payment process, and kept fully informed throughout. Provided useful options and ample information prior to the holiday. Felt very confident in using them and all the interactions felt personal. The villa location was great, with St Remy de Provence and Cavaillon in easy reach and nearby Eygalieres an unexpected delight - lots of restaurants, a wonderful boucherie and the best market we visited, but not too touristy. The property was spacious and well-appointed, set in equally generous grounds and, being fully fenced, very safe for young children . The kitchen was a particular pleasure for those of a 'chefy' inclination and equipped with everything you would want including two fridges, two dishwashers, and two freezers (although one didn't work it wasn't a particular problem for us). Bedrooms were an ample size, comfortable, with light-eliminating shutters, and the bathrooms good quality. The pool is a good size and although the slightly submerged platform seemed a little odd initially the children found it a perfect place either to paddle or as a launch pad to jump into the water. One slight drawback was the pool cover not working which meant its temperature dropped noticeably during cool nights. The robot pool cleaner also had a holed collection bag so didn't actually clean. In spite of his promises the maintenance man didn't manage to replace it during our stay so leaves, insects and debris tended to collect between his twice-weekly visits. On arrival we found all the parasols were damaged in some way that made them ineffective, but credit to the manager and owner for arranging replacements promptly. The toilet, shower, and kitchen by the pool are great features although the fridge-freezer in the latter was also not working. Tables and chairs in the pergola were also rather damaged and near the end of their lives. We had a few issues during our time, losing all power twice - as it turned out due to light bulbs blowing and leaving the circuit shorted . Although again the manager and owner were very responsive in helping us sort it we benefited from having a technically savvy person in our group able to work out the cause and resolve it. Might have been different had we needed to wait for an electrician, but these things happen at home too. Our only other issue was when the property was fully occupied we found the hot water tended to run out in the evening. But overall an excellent stay in a well-located good quality property with lots of desirable features. The property manager and (UK-based) owner responded quickly to any issues or queries and did their best to help, which was much appreciated. We'd certainly consider returning.

We spent 3 weeks in Beaumes-de-Venise, this was our second visit and everything was perfect. The staff at Provence Holidays ensured that all went smoothly. The booking system, payments and insurance are very professional and easy to use. The villa has everything that you could need, including air conditioning and a beautiful pool and garden area.

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything in our experience was easy and handled professionally and helpfully. Our concierge was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed help with - from confusion about the AC to getting the gas grill working when we couldn't figure it out to arranging for a slightly earlier check in since we were travelling with a toddler - everything we needed was there.

Very good service and attention to the details

We and all our kids and grandkids gathered for an incredible week in Gordes at Mas de Belle Combe. So many pluses: very well-equipped kitchen; every convenience and a ton of towels down at the pool; an amazing terrace that comfortable seated all 17 of us. We had a wonderful week.

Beautiful house with a gorgeous outdoor space and pool. Pool wasn’t quite warm enough for swimming but would be lovely in summer weather. The location is also wonderful, a quick 5 minute walk to town along flower lined streets and a couple of boulangeries just 2 minutes away. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Excellent advice from Axel. Provence Holidays were extremely attentive and flexible in meeting our dates. The office team were great too and the office in Saint Rémy was an advantage. Looking forward to renting with them next year.

Provence Holidays were great to deal with from beginning to end. The house was exactly as described except for one thing- the downstairs bedroom does not have a/c. We had the most fantastic stay and can thoroughly recommend Provence Holidays

The communication with Provence Holidays was incredible from start to finish. We felt protected, informed and were so very excited from the moment we booked our gorgeous home with Provence Holidays. The home was more beautiful then we could have imagined or was displayed in the photos online and having an online and in person concierge made our trip so much better! We were sent detailed PDF's about the surrounding region with detailed recommendations for restaurants and activities. I cannot recommend Provence Holidays enough.

The experience was great from start to finish. Everybody we spoke to at Provence Holidays was really honest about the every property which meant we got one that suited us perfectly. Their attention to detail and regular check ins before and during our visit were really appreciated. The advice on tours and places to visit was spot on. Would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully restored farmhouse . The owners were very helpful and responsive. The farmhouse was perfect for our group of 7, and the comfortable bedrooms and well appointed bathrooms were a delight. We have never stayed somewhere with such fabulous air conditioning which was so quiet and effective (and needed as the weather was so glorious!) .The location was fantastic, just a short walk (8-10)mins to the pretty village of Mausanne, which has everything you need- a great selection of restaurants and a wonderful butchers, wine cave and The Jardin D’Alpilles had a wonderful selection of local produce. The surrounding area has several pretty villages all within 30 mins drive and hiking in the Alpilles was a highlight. We would recommend wine tasting at Mas de la Dame and Domaine du Vallongue. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend both the farmhouse and the charming village of Mausanne. We cannot wait to return !

Wonderful house. It was just as described on the website. Perfect for a family. 20 minute walk to St. Remy, which might be the best town in Provence. Make sure you are there for market day on Wednesdays. The kitchen has everything you need, including a high-end espresso machine. The host met us at the property, gave us a short tour, and responded promptly to questions via text. Would definitely recommend.
