Communicatie was enorm goed, snel bereikbaar bij eventuele vragen. Het huisje zelf was ook zeer in orde, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig( zeker bedankt voor de airco). Huisje en tuin zijn ook aangepast voor kinderen mee te nemen, ons kleintje van 1 jaar was niet weg te krijgen bij de schommel. We waren op de dag van aankomst te vroeg, ook hier heel behulpzaam, we mochten met ons kindje aan het zwembad wachten. Huis was proper. De tafel buiten was zeer praktisch, de bbq is ook elke dag gebruikt geweest. Enkel een opmerking/vraag, er leken overal camera's te hangen (ook in slaapkamers), wat we enorm gek vonden.

The house was beautiful and superbly fitted out. It was in a quiet, peaceful location but only five minutes walk from the centre of town and all the restaurants. The pool and garden were delight to be in.

This is the first time we have used Provence holidays and will definitely use them again. The process was easy to negotiate and having an account enabled us to monitor completion of contracts and payments. Staff were professional and helpful on the phone. The property was amazing and lived up to our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The outside space was perfect and we mainly used the outside kitchen area. The view was mesmerising. If we were being really picky we would say that if there were more than 4 of us the outside seating would not have been as comfortable. We were concerned that the pool would be cold but it was perfect. Only a few minutes by car to a local boulangerie for morning croissants and a short drive to 2 large supermarkets and a lovely town Vaison La romaine. A five star holiday.

I can't speak for the company but the property, Les Maison des Glycines, was lovely. The grounds are special, the house interior very comfortable, and the owner a most engaging man. Gordes is tiny and dense with visitors. We went elsewhere to the numerous small nearby towns for groceries, restaurants, etc.

Thanks to Provence Holidays for a great stay at Mas du Taureau. The PH staff were very helpful in narrowing down potential rentals and describing them. The stone house is beautifully restored and full of historical character, with lots of wonderful outdoor spaces in a huge garden that makes it feel very private. Trust me -- the place is even better than the photos make it seem. The pool was super well kept and we loved the extensive grounds with many exotic plants. No matter what time of day there was a shady terrace to relax on. Dining under the grape arbor every night with the tinkling fountain and 100 year old plane tree was a special treat. The house is close to several villages and 5 minutes from the supermarket and other stores in Coustellet -- a big plus. The owner and house manager were quick to respond to minor issues we encountered. Future renters might want to be aware that this is an old farmhouse and accessing some of the upstairs bedrooms involved uneven stairs and some bathrooms are under the eaves. That wasn't an issue for us and overall this was a perfect spot for a large family gathering in Provence.
