Great communication leading up to our stay. Lots of help and support to add additional things to our stay such as private chef, extra cleaning, laundry services etc. The house was incredible! So beautiful. The setting and the house was just amazing. The owner of the property Yann was great. Really friendly and helpful. If you had any questions or queries about the house he was on hand to assist at anytime. The house was so clean. All bedding immaculate etc. The pool was also really clean and cleaned daily. The pool setting is so beautiful. The grounds are perfectly manicured and the house is also maintained and kept so beautifully.

The booking experience was easy from start to finish. Your agents, with whom I spoke on the phone and over email before and after booking, were helpful and pleasant. The concierge contact we had during our stay, from picking up the keys to departure, was extremely helpful. Such a reassurance to have a local contact who we could message at any time. The villa was stayed in was beautiful, well set up and had amazing views. We could walk into town and the pool was fabulous. The interior was cool and really beautifully done. It had everything we needed. Thank you.

Beautiful property which actually looked better in the flesh than in the photos and had had quite a few upgrades since the photos were taken. Great service from the team too with clear instructions and prompt reaction times.

Service works excellent. They should have a more careful look whether the houses are adequately equiped. We booked with them before but the equipment of the house we booked this time was a little too low budget. Would expect that an agency has a look before they take a house on the list.

Excellent service and the house was simply stunning and had absolutely everything we could have wanted and more. Amazing hosts who were incredibly friendly.

After a hiccup with the availability of the first property we tried to book, followed by modest challenge with the start date for the rental of the second property, we would agree that other arrangements were good. Finding the property was also a challenge (it was not located on a named street). The caretaker was very helpful in helping us to find the property. He also dealt with a blocked shower waste very quickly and satisfactorily. The cleaner was very efficient, the accommodation clean and suited our needs. I think it is worth pointing out that the small Irrigation channel running from the canal would be a risk for families with very young children. This was not pointed out in the literature but did not affect us specifically as we had a 6 and an 8 year old with us. The pool was beautifully maintained and enjoyed by us all. We would definitely use Provence Holidays the next time we choose to visit Provence.

A beautiful house in a fabulous village. Communication from Provence Holidays was consistently excellent and they looked after our every request perfectly. I couldn't recommend more highly and we look forward to booking with them again.

We had a fabulous trip and stay in Provence. It was a first for our family but the staff at Provence Holidays was wonderful and the property was stunning. We enjoyed the local markets, wineries and had the opportunity to relax at the villa. We hope to return in the future and explore more that the Provence/Luberon region has to offer.
