I used a Black Friday code for an order and two days later they send an email for a cyber Monday code which was a bugger discount. I reached out to support to do a price adjustment and they said they couldn’t.

Exellent. Everything went again just fine. I'm just a bit sorry because I have to return the bag; it didn't fit to my style.

The item I ordered was way too large than my normal size so I have to return. If the website has customer reviews or size suggestions maybe I won’t get the wrong size. Also there’s no exchange option. What’s more, I checked the dhl return process. Apparently, the return already arrived 3 days ago, but I didn’t receive any information about that! Really feel it’s a waste of time and whole lots of trouble for us shoppers.

I purchased the by far mini bag which I have been wanting for 2 years but couldn’t find the right leather and colour combination (I hate the croc). My bag took hardly any time to arrive in Australia, they use DHL express which from my many online shopping endeavours is the best overseas shipping company. The bag was well packaged and the box wasn’t damaged at all. The actual bag is in perfect condition however I will say there is a design issue with the bag strap. This is not the boutique’s fault more so By Far. So semi patent leather is stiff and the strap is thin and the adjustable knob thing is very big in comparison. In any case my strap was a bit damaged as such and the boutique very kindly refunded me partially even though I didn’t ask for a refund or credit. Customer service was quick to respond and offered a helpful solution. I would feel confident shopping with them again and confident that should anything go wrong it would be resolved quickly and handled well.

Brilliant customer service and order delivered very quickly from Italy to Madeira. Great item and amazing price. Couldn’t ask for more. For all the people leaving negative reviews about “hidden charges” to uk - the charges are very clear on the website, plus of course there are charges to uk. The shop is in Italy. This would be the same for any store in the eu to uk, post Brexit. I saved €355 on a genuine Mulberry handbag and would definitely buy again.
