The shoes are priced cheaper because there’s a hidden import tax that you’re forced to pay to DHL after you’ve already purchased the shoes! I paid £150 for the shoes, only to be told I needed to pay another £55 in order for the shoes to be delivered.

Quick and good communication

The bag arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was packaged nicely. They put the bag in its dust bag and put it in a plastic bag in case the package would be exposed to liquids. I also appreciate that they wrapped the bag chain in tissue paper inside the bag so as to prevent it from scratching the leather interior. I had a bad experience with a different European retailers/brand so I was hesitant to purchase from overseas again. However I am pleasantly surprised by Coltori’s attention to detail in their packaging and delivery of my order. My overall experience has been great. Will consider buying again from Coltori in the future!

The overall experience with the package arriving on time is good BUT, the shoes I ordered aren’t sized correctly and were too small so I have to return So unfortunately I have to do a return. I will see how this return process works, I have to wait on a DHL driver to come pick up the package from me (that’s new to me)

The shopping experience seems pretty unreliable/untrustworthy, especially shopping out of the US. I had a poor experience because of import duties charged (which were not made apparent during the checkout process AT ALL) and customer service was more excited to tell me I did not dig through hidden policies than to help resolve my issues with delivery/shopping. I will not be using the service again.
