Artificial Turf was excellent. The area I live in commands high prices for everything. Artificial Turf went out of their way to find a company from out of town to install for me. They are a company who cares about people. I would highly recommend them over any other company. They do what they say they will. So happy with the end result.

This was a great company to deal with. Even though my project wasn’t huge, they gave me wonderful service. I put a 15 x 20 pool deck in. They sent samples which allowed us to pick the perfect product. It was easy to install and looks beautiful! Everyone loves how it looks and feels.

Looks great! We put it on our roof deck and it drains well, feels nice, great for sports and pets.

Poor communication even just to place the order. Lack of information in regards to supplies needed for installation, never followed up with us after our delivery and still missing 5 bags of filler that was damaged at delivery. The product itself is not as great as they convinced us, already fraying and it’s only been a few months. Find an installer that can off a warranty, buying directly was a nightmare.

Ordering was fine. Deliver is a problem. Still don’t know if product has been delivered.

Decided to go with pet turf after talking with Chris at ATS. I was absolutely sold on their products with the insightful knowledge on the diy installation techniques. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and results.

The artificial grass is amazing, however the cost of infill (approximately 1/2 the cost of the artificial grass) was not an expense I was expecting based on my conversation with customer service. The shipping also took about 3 weeks longer than expected.

I've had the turf down for 3 years, and I have 3 dogs. The turf looks as good as the day it was installed. I must say that I have less expensive turf in the dog run that has been there for 5 years and the dogs know where to go (if you know what I mean). I highly recommend their products. I don't water, mow, weed or fertilize. I go fishing.
