Horrible…..’less than 1 year the turf had melted in various areas. We finally figured out it was the sun reflecting off the window but it still should not melt. Call me at 3212176735

I love my artificial turf from you guys! I had been resisting getting "fake grass" but finally got tired of the continual weeding and watering to try to get it beautiful. Much of my turf is under a large pepper tree and looks most lovely with a few leaves on it. My granddaughter is able to play barefoot on it without burning her feet. It has been in place for several years and doesn't look "tired." We will be installing the same turf in our new house just as soon as we are ready for it!

I order three rolls only received two. after calling the trucking for three weeks, twice a week. i called and spoke to Jesse and she was very helpful in calling. After a week she called me and told me and told they loss. She said that your office was sending me a replacement roll. After three weeks and never receiving it I call her and told her and she would look it. A week later no turf, I call back and spoke to Amy Brown and explained to her that after a month I loss the customer. I had to here from him that I was reliable, I was not happy, and told to cancel it. I also said that I want to be compensated and she said. she speak to her team. I receive a refund notice,and received a call from Jessie. She explain that the trucking co loss the replacement roll also. I was expecting her to say to me that the roll would be found and that I going to receive it as compensation for all the trouble i had to gone tru. She said that she told me tat she told the company to send back to Artificial and make up someway on future orders.

Upon Ordering from Artificial Turf Supply, We intended for 1 Solid Strip to Be installed in the designated space in our yard. unfortunately. (even with being directed that the strips are made in a certain size 16' wide and (ordered 27 foot long) That it would be right. I prepped and installed the Turf (3) different times. I checked the area I was placing the turf into to make sure it was correct, and it was. But on the edge of the factory cut, had receded (in) the turf to center. In shipping or manufacturing something had to have happened causing the turf to (1) stretch oddly or (2) Have been created uneven. No matter how we installed the turf, compacted the ground, wet the ground and recompacted. the turf itself was unevenly tempered. in the end we had to cut the turf to fit the space. There were defects in the rubber or stretched/expanded area to it, this shifted the entire layout in an uneven way. The 15' X 26' area that was perfectly shaped with a notch inlay, does not have 1 solid piece of turf. it has 2 pieces from the defect. I believe that my time is up to file a complaint of case with the company. Since it took weeks to remand the placement area so that the turf would fit correctly. we assumed it was our fault for the layout of the landscaping area, but in the end, the turf itself has the defect not the intended area. We are not thrilled with the Split line look. No matter how we shaped it, Formed it and followed instructions on how to mend it. There is always going to be a Visible line where it was cut. For this reason and the copious amount of work. Laying and rolling, laying and rolling, 3 times pulling stakes and spikes (3) times to do hours of work to the ground to end up with the exact same result every time. is the main reason why the review is for 3 stars. Secondary to that. we ordered the thickest turf they had. Read the description of the turf multipole times before placing the order. talked to the order staff before extended the order's dimensions. to understand how thick it would be. we left a 3" area for the turf to be set against a concrete boarder and match perfectly. but the turf was not 3" thick. even with a power broom grooming it.it sat at 2" to 2 1/4" leaving a 1" - 3/4" noticeable gap from the concrete to the top of the turf. Disappointment is all I can say. We will most likely replace the turf in the future and go with an actual 3" turf that is correctly made to rid our yard of the unsightly (cut line) and boarder protrusion. We really just wished that the product was as described. thought it was on clearance (or marked down for sale) at a very low price. Maybe this was due to some inaccuracies of the product online. I will say that shipping the product and unloading the product was no walk in the park. Upon the item getting to our home, we had to unload the product at full weight since the driver had back issues. However the time frame given by the delivery company covered a 48 hour 2 day span, where they could show up anytime. They refused to give us 1-2 hour advance notice of arrival so that we could gather some people to help unload the turf. So bad experience. But this might not be everyone's experience with the company. It may have just been a random experience that was not so good.

The turf stretches and looks very fake compared to others. Terrible product and recommended installer was a rip off. Stay away from online ordering.
